In recent years, with the development of the economy and society, along with the country's growing attention to the living situation of rural teachers, rural teachers' conditions of life, on the whole, has made a lot of improvement. But relative to the city teachers, the living condition of rural teachers still is not good. This also means that there is a large difference bettween the urban and rural teachers in living conditions. So,how are the life of the teachers in thecouncryside? Where is the gap between the urban teachers and the rural teachers?From the above consideration, this paper takes a public teacher and a civilian teacher in the mountains of the village for example,and makes an investigation on the living conditions of the rural teachers.They respectively represent two kinds of teachers of different qualifications.Just because of the difference of qualification, the two teachers in the face of their own the living conditions, except for the same behaviors, there are a lot of different actions.This paper's aim is to give a thorough investigation on the survival condition of rural teachers,through the anylysis of the same and different behaviors of two teachers,the reasons behind,and the villagers'evaluation to them. On the other hand,this article'anylysis comes from the three aspects of the village, family,and teachers.The membership of the family for teachers is important. Teachers personally, they have two identities, family members and teachers,which are basic support for their actions. The two teachers are seeking the ongoing balance between inherent regularity of teacher profession and perfection of the family structure functions.But as in L village, the relationship between the consolidation of teachers' duty of and family structure is not so inevitable. It is said, to better promote family ethics for them by implementing the professional ethical is not inevitable, and they are in great contrast between urban and rural education of the background. All this further strengthen their inconfidence to their own profession,which cause their tend to perfection of the family structure functions.And then, through the above analysis, this article attempts to give a further anylysis on rural teachers' living environment. The similary of urban and rural education resource allocation,and the obscurity of rural teachers'main body status lead to the trend of a constant expansion in the gap of urban and rural teachers' situation. Rural teachers' situation is more difficult, to a certain extent, it is result of vicious cycle mechanism.
