The living conditions of junior middle school teachers in rural areas can involve the teaehing attitudes and the effectiveness of teaching. Therefore,the concerning of the subject is not only conductive to the stability of the contingent of rural area teachers and improve their working efficiency,but also help improve the quality of teaching in schools so as to promote the harmonious development between schools in urban and rural areas. In view of this, the author approached the life of rural junior middle school teachers, their living conditions were studied by empirical research methods.The research selected one junior middle school in rural areas of MuDan,ShanDong province as the research case , through individual interview, questionnaire,etc. Under the advice of the tutor ,the author went to the school to participate in activities many times ,in order to re-experience their living conditions,thoroughly undestand the teachers living conditions from different aspects,including material and spiritual life,such as the work income,workload and working pressure,teachers'psychological feeling ,their self-value pursue and so on .After extensive investigation the author understand that: the living conditions of rural junior middle school teachers is not optimistic. The Statistics show that many teachers feel their workload is heavy and thinks that there are too many things that makes most teachers feel that there is no leisure time to relax. This poor living conditions triggered a series of negative consequences: many teachers are troubled by physical and mental health decline, the single rigid assessment system with the lack of humanistic care led to greater pressure on teachers, seriously dampen the enthusiasm of the teachers work, pay and return gap has led to increased instability in the ranks of teachers. Unsatisfactory living conditions of the teachers led to job burnout, shaken faith in the cause of education, directly affect the new curriculum reform successfully implemented in rural areas.For the above the author tried to explore and analyze this un-optimistic living condition.from social environment and policy security , working environment, students and their families,communities, teachers, human interaction, based on the research tried to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.This study was designed to reflect the living conditions of teachers in rural middle school ,in order to aroused further attention to them, to improve the living conditions of rural junior middle school teachers in the state through the education departments and the efforts of all sectors of society. The author firmly believe that: only improve the rural middle school teachers living conditions, be possible to improve the quality of rural compulsory education.
