With the solving of “Three Agricultural Problems”, the whole level ofrural living standard presents a tendency of prosperity. However,compared with the teachers in city high school, the rural still stays indisadvantage.As the main force of the rural education,the youngteachers’ living condition is not only related to their quality of life butalso affect the level of teaching. Therefore, the author put herperspective on this group and selected the young teachers who workin L high School in Qinyuan county in Shanxi Province as the object ofstudy, take the following research technique: information retrievalmethod,questionnaire survey,and interview to study the survivalstate of the teachers from the aspects of the economic revenue,interpersonal status, daily living conditions, work-life status, andamateur status. By sorting recycling statistics and interviews tosurvey data, there are some problems in the teachers’ livingconditions.Firstly, the low-income, high spending and economic balance ofpayments situation is still not optimistic:The composition of wages issingle; The way of getting amateur income is narrow; The rising speed of wages far below the rising in price. Daily life spending accounts formore than major and huge spending on interpersonalcommunication.Personal development and education spending is inthe dry tree.Secondly, Overall interpersonal communication is in good conditionbut partly improvement is needed: The phenomenon that colleaguescommunication limits in the office needs to improve; The overallteacher-student relationship is in good condition while youngteachers are more agreeable than dignified; neighborhood relationsare relatively keep at a distance; In general,the family gives bigsupport to the young teachers but still part of the family does notunderstand or show indifference; The former friendship is playeddown.Thirdly, the overall job satisfaction is low and young teachersshoulder heavy responsibilities:the high pressure makes the groupfeels their ability is not equal to their ambition; The physical hasimproved except some areas are still not well,and the same tocultural environment; heavy workload causes the young teachers’desire to " alleviate burden ". Fourthly, The idea of dress collocationand diet need to be substantial; The housing and traffic conditions arerelatively poor.Fifthly, less spare time and poor relaxation effect:Working hours andspare time is blurred; It’s not easy to completely relax oneself;traditional leisure way is more popular than the elegant way ofleisure.Based on this situation, the author made the followingrecommendations from the perspective of external and internal factors.Firstly, to build increasingly sophisticated social security andsupport system, including material support, emotional support,respect of support, information support, and peer support.Secondly, open the " self-improvement " mode. It includesestablishing a correct view of consumption,developing financialplans,taking scientific time management strategies, strengtheningexercise, establishing a scientific diet concept,developing a gooddietary eating habits,showing dignified and elegant manners and soon. In short, to improve the living conditions of young teachers in ruralhigh school needs the combination of internal and external factors.Besides, the all should not only focus on giving material support, butalso on giving more emotional care.
