The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic deployment proposed in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress to solve the "three rural" issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood,among which the talent revitalization has brought opportunities for the development of rural education.With the gradual deepening of the comprehensive reform process of physical education curriculum in China,people will pay more and more attention to promoting the specialization and professional training of physical education teachers.Professional physical education teachers in local middle schools are an important part of the professional structure of local teachers in the future.They shoulder the important social mission of improving the health of all students and cultivating comprehensive talents.Their ideological quality plays an extremely important role in the current local secondary education.This study takes Xiangcheng County of Henan Province as an example,based on the strategic background of ' revitalizing the countryside' and the professional training of physical education teachers in rural middle schools,through questionnaires,interviews and other survey methods,the body is investigated.Xiangcheng county local middle school education teachers understand the Xiangcheng county local middle school physical education teachers ' professional development present situation,from various aspects analyzes the Xiangcheng county local middle school sports in various problems.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Xiangcheng county rural junior middle school PE teachers are more male teachers,less female teachers.The age structure of teachers is reasonable,with young and middle-aged teachers in the majority.However,the majority of teachers are still undergraduates,while the proportion of teachers with master's degree or above is too low.The teachers who graduated from physical education account for about 80%.2.The physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Xiangcheng County have poor living conditions.In the title structure,more than half of the secondary and lower titles of primary rural junior middle schools occupy the title structure.At the same time,physical education teachers have a large amount of class hours and low wages,and they also hold other school positions,resulting in greater pressure on physical education teachers and a sense of job burnout.3.Xiangcheng county rural junior middle school physical education teachers ' professional connotation understanding degree and the degree of attention to professional development is ideal,in the survey,the professional concept of physical education teachers and teachers ' ethics,professional knowledge,professional skills to grasp the situation is more reasonable.Teachers ' awareness of the importance of post-service training is relative to their own needs.Xiangcheng rural junior middle school physical education teachers ' post-service training problems are : the popularization rate of post-service training still needs to be improved,the training form is single,the training content is divorced from reality,the pertinence is not strong and so on,the professional consciousness is strong but the scientific research ability is insufficient.4.In view of Xiangcheng County rural junior middle school physical education teachers ' professional development of all kinds of problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures : to promote the rural physical education teachers ' self development,develop self professional development consciousness,consolidate and improve the professional quality;improve the school for rural physical education teachers supervision and evaluation mechanism,in pre-service education and postservice training stage of integrated development,in the training process,according to the actual situation of rural professional growth training;social level for the survival of rural physical education teachers to protect the situation,reduce the working pressure of rural teachers.
