In the past more than ten years,research of teachers' micro subjects has played an active role in promoting the reform of education and teaching and promoting the professional development of teachers because of its characteristics of "pragmatic","small" and "living".The research activities of teachers' micro projects are carried out in full swing by the competent departments of education in many areas,and they seem to have a great deal of momentum and fruitful results.However,the in-depth study found that the prosperity of primary school teachers' micro research is not satisfactory.In the case of teachers with certain research ability,awareness of scientific research awakening,strong willingness to participate in the situation,the quality of teacher micro-research is still not high,teachers' research process problems are prominent.How do school research manager guide teachers to understand and improve the problems in their own research process,create a good research atmosphere for teachers,provide service and guarantee for teachers to improve the quality of research is particularly important.Based on the related research and teachers micro subject management of literature research,from the current situation of research on micro subject Longquanyi District primary school teachers,through the investigation and analysis,to study the micro subject of H primary school teachers as the object of observation,to study the existing research of micro subject of primary school teachers,and proposes the solution countermeasure.The main conclusions of this paper are: primary school teachers micro research process,the topic is random,reading accumulation insufficiency,research programs are not specific,the research process is not implemented,results and problems not refined.Aiming at the above problems,the author puts forward improvement strategies and safeguard measures are the main problems: improvement strategies to enhance the research ability,the implementation of the research process,and refine the research results.The safeguard measures mainly have the sound rules and regulations,the implementation of the guarantee and service,the rational organization of the team and process supervision.
