Objective:This study aims to develop Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)in patients with known nobuyuki questionnaire,survey knowledge,attitude and behavior status in patients with PCOS and analyze its influencing factors,to the health of the medical staff to develop scientific and effective education strategy to provide evaluation tools.Methods:1.Through reviewing and collating relevant literature and discussion among the members of the research group,summing up the experience of relevant experts and communicating with PCOS patients,constructing a pool of questionnaire on each dimension of the knowledge,belief and behavior of the PCOS patients,the first round of questionnaire came into being.2.18 experts in related fields were selected as experts in this questionnaire.After two rounds of expert consultation and preliminary experiments,the final PCOS patient questionnaire was determined.3.The convenience sampling method was used to investigate PCOS patients in the reproductive center and gynecological clinic of the third-level first-class general hospitals in Nanchang,including the patients' general questionnaire and the questionnaire about the patients' knowledge,belief and behavior.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the collected data.Results:1.239 women have been surveyed in this study within which valid questionnaires are 226 and effective recovery rate of questionnaires are 94.56%.2.The final questionnaire prepared in this study includes 12 items of the general information questionnaire for PCOS patients and the 30 items of the questionnaire in the dimension of knowledge,belief and behavior.3.The standard scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were 65.53±12.48 points,82.95±10.07 points and65.84±12.69 points,respectively.4.The knowledge scores of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who have different educational levels,occupations,family income per capita,duration of illness,and whether they have fertility requirements are statistically significant(P <0.05);The attitude scores of patient with different educational level,family income per capita,duration of illness are statistically significant(P <0.05);differences between different occupations,types of medical insurance,duration of illness and patient behavior are statistically significant(P <0.05).5.After multiple linear regression analysis,the main factors that affect the knowledge of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are education background,fertility needs and course of disease.The main factors that affect the attitude of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are education level,course of disease,family income per capita The main factors that affect the behavior of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are the course of disease and occupations.6.There is a positive correlation between the patient's knowledge,attitude,and behavior,and the correlation coefficients are 0.793,0.641 and 0.591,respectively,which are statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The questionnaire on epistemic behavior of PCOS patients prepared in this study has a good reliability and validity with reasonable contents,which can be used to investigate the level of epistemic behavior of PCOS patients.2.PCOS patients are at a low level of cognition,communication and behavior,and the main influencing factors are: disease course,education level,occupation,and fertility demand.Therefore,clinical medical staff should strengthen the health propaganda and education of disease related knowledge of PCOS patients,cultivate the enthusiasm of patients,and improve the cognition and practical ability of PCOS patients to diseases,so as to improve the compliance of patients' health education,promote the clinical treatment effect,and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of patients' life.
