Objective:Through questionnaire survey to understand the status of vocational delay of gratification of clinicians in Changchun Class-A tertiary hospitals,and use statistical methods to analyze which variables in different basic situations,occupational identity and work stress are the influencing factors of occupational delay satisfaction,and explore the variables The mechanism of action provides a theoretical basis for the hospital to formulate a humanized management strategy,mobilize the enthusiasm of clinicians to work,and promote the sustainable and efficient development of the hospital.Methods:By consulting the relevant literature on vocational delay of gratification at home and abroad,it provides theoretical support for the development of this research.In this study,a convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 439 serving clinicians in a top three general hospital in Changchun through a combination of online and offline methods.A total of 414 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 94.3%.And the questionnaire mainly involves four parts: "General Demographics","VDOG Scale","Occupational Identity Scale",and "Work Stress Scale".Epidata 3.1 was used to establish a database,and the paper questionnaire data was entered by two persons,and then combined with the valid data derived from the "Questionnaire Star" survey platform,and the data was statistically analyzed using SPSS 24.0.Descriptive statistical analysis is used for the basic situation of the clinicians in the top three hospitals.Independent sample t-test or analysis of variance is performed for clinicians with different genders,ages,and marital status.The correlation was analyzed by correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis was used for factors affecting clinician's vocational delay of gratification.P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Status of clinician's vocational delay of gratification: The total score of 414 clinicians' vocational delay of gratification in this survey is(37.51 ± 5.08),which is at the upper-middle level.The scores of the three dimensions of vocational delay of gratification are: The score was(15.66 ± 2.41),the total score in the career delay dimension was(9.63 ± 1.53),and the total score in the persistence dimension was(12.23 ± 2.47).2.Analysis of related factors of clinician's vocational delay of gratification: According to independent sample t test or one-way analysis of variance,we can know that clinicians with different ages,education,job titles,working years,and family financial burdens have different vocational delay of gratifications and their three dimensions.There are statistically significant differences in scores(P <0.05);clinicians with different genders have statistically significant differences in scores on vocational delay of gratification,work delay,and persistence(P <0.05);clinicians with different marital status There were statistically significant differences in the scores on vocational delay of gratification,career delay,and persistence(P <0.05);clinicians with different employment forms had statistically significant differences in scores on career delay satisfaction,work delay,and career delay.Significance(P <0.05);Clinicians with different administrative positions had statistically significant differences in scores on vocational delay of gratification,work delay,and career delay(P <0.05);scores of clinicians in different departments on work delay dimensions The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There is no difference in scores on the dimension of statistical significance(P> 0.05);different from the average monthly income of a comprehensive occupational delayed Clinicians meet and work delays,statistically significant differences in career scoring delay dimension(P <0.05).According to multiple linear regression analysis,gender,age,education,marital status,and family burden were the influencing factors of clinician's vocational delay of gatifaction.3.Status of clinician's occupational identity and work stress: The total score of 414 clinicians' occupational identity is(61.09 ± 7.82),of which the consensus dimension score is(44.61 ± 5.51)and the meaningful sense dimension score is(16.48 ± 3.14);The overall score of the clinician's work stress is(98.95 ± 15.34),of which the organizational management dimension score is(20.29 ± 4.74),the occupational interest dimension score is(20.91 ± 4.72),the workload dimension score is(20.46 ± 3.09),and career development The dimensional score was(15.55 ± 3.91),the interpersonal relationship dimension was(5.38 ± 2.14),the external environment dimension was(9.50± 2.31),and the doctor-patient relationship dimension was(6.86 ± 2.48).4.Study on the relationship between vocational delay of gratification,occupational identity and work stress: Pearson correlation analysis shows that clinician vocational delay of gratification is positively correlated with occupational identity and its two dimensions(r = 0.481,0.442,0.423,P <0.01);Vocational delay of gratification was negatively correlated with work stress and organizational management,career interest,career development,external environment,and doctor-patient relationship dimensions(r =-0.357,-0.257,-0.348,-0.214,-0.445,-0.275,P <0.05).5.The impact of occupational identity and work pressure on vocational delay of gratification: Multiple linear regression analysis shows that consensus,meaning,organization management,external environment,and occupational interests are the influencing factors of clinician vocational delay of gratification.Conclusions:1.The level of vocational delay of gratification among clinicians in a top three general hospital in Changchun surveyed by this study is at a moderately high level.2.Gender,age,marital status,education level,family burden,sense of consistency,sense of meaning,external environment,professional interest and organizational management are influencing factors for clinicians' vocational delay of gratification.3.Clinicians' occupational identity has a positive regulating effect on vocational delay of gratification;clinician's work stress has a negative regulating effect on vocational delay of gratification.
