Objective: To investigate the currentstates of the clinicians' work performance in the first-class tertiary hospitals in Tangshan city,Hebei province,and analyze the main influencingfactors for the clinicians' work performance.Methods: Form February 2017 to August 2017,all clinicians were numbered,who worked in all four first-class tertiary hospitals in Tangshan city,Hebei province.According to the method of random number table,150 clinical doctors were selected to questionnaire survey in each hospital.A total of 556 valid questionnaires were collected.The survey include the general demographic data and the relevant factors of work(such as age,gender,marital status,working years,educational background,professional title,preparation,department,overtime,satisfaction of hospital welfare,sleep,resignation intention,etc.)?Job Performance Scale,Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale,Job Burnout Scale,Perceived Organizational Support Scale,Work-Family Conflict Scale,etc.All data was analyzed with SPSS 21.0 statistical software,the measurement data were denoted by mean,standard deviation.The percentage of counting data is expressed by percentage.Univariate analysis was performed by Independent sample t test or variance analysis.Continuous variables were analyzed by Person Correlation analysis;Multivariate analysis was performed by Multiple linear regression.Results:1.The total score of the clinicians' work performance was(64.54 ± 7.37).2.Univariate analysisof the infulencing factors on the work performance of the cliniciansshowed preparation,department,satisfaction of hospital welfare,overtime or not,job satisfaction,vacation or not,weekly working hours,physical health,sleep,quit intention influenced job performance had statistically significant infulencefor the work performance of the clinicians(P<0.05);the perceived organizational support had statistically significantinfluence onwork performance(P<0.001);the effort-reward had statistically significantinfluenceon work performance(P<0.001),the external effort dimension and reward dimension in all the three dimensions had statistically significantinfluenceon work performance(P<0.05),the effort-reward ratio was(1.20±0.36),in an unbalanced state,whileno statistically significant difference in the inner effort dimension(P>0.05);the total scoreof job burnout had statistically significantinfluence on work performance(P<0.001),the three dimensions of job burnout(emotional exhaustion,cynicism,andlowachievement)had statistically significant influence on work performance(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.001);thework-family conflict had statistically significantinfluenceon work performance(P<0.001),the family-work conflict had statistically significantinfluenceon the work performance(P<0.001).3.Multivariate analysis of the infulencing factors on the work performance of the clinicians showed Preparation,overtime,job satisfaction,welfare satisfaction,external effort,reward,emotional exhaustion,cynicism,perceivedorganizational support,work-family conflict were the main influencing factors for the work performance of theclinician.Conclusion:(1)The level of work performance of the clinician was better than the moderate level,still had some room for improvement.(2)The main influencing factors for the work performance of the clinician in the order were Preparation,overtime,job satisfaction,welfare satisfaction,external effort,reward,emotional exhaustion,cynicism,perceivedorganizational support,work-family conflict.
