With the progress of the times and the changes of policies,nursing work has received more and more attention.The purpose of nursing education is no longer just to cultivate nursing professional technology.The cultivation of occupational identity of nursing students is conducive to the successful completion of professional role transformation?reduction of human resources and effective daily work of care.The purpose of this paper is to study the influencing factors of occupational identity of medical students in nursing specialty,and then propose educational countermeasures to guide them to improve their occupational identity.In order to provide a comprehensive and comprehensive understanding of the occupational identity status and influencing factors of medical professional nursing students,this study takes C medical college as a case study,from the two perspectives of current nursing students and the nursing graduates in case schools.Investigate the occupational identity of the nursing students from C medical college,in order to make the survey results more comprehensive and specific,divided into two aspects:objective assessment and subjective investigation.Yufang Hao was used to compile the occupational identity scale of nursing students,and according to the characteristics of medical college students,the occupational identity questionnaire of medical students was formed.The survey data of questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS software.The results are as follows:The overall total score of occupational identity is 64.38±12.031,which is at a medium level.The occupational self-concept scores of female students are significantly higher than that of male students.The social persuasion scores of female students are significantly higher than that of male students.The educational level of mothers has an influence on the autonomy of nursing students' career choices.The nursing students with maternal education level in primary school and the autonomy of career choice is the highest;the occupational identity score,occupational self-concept factor,retention benefit and turnover risk factor,social comparison and self-reflection factor,and social persuasion factor scores of the students participating in the school community nursing major are significantly higher than those of the non-participating school community.The corresponding scores of nursing students;the students of the orientation students(order students)and the ordinary nursing students have no significant difference in the total score and the scores of the four factors except the autonomy scores of the career choices;the first grade and the second grade.In the third grade,there were significant differences in the total scores of occupational identities,occupational professional self-concept factors,social comparison and self-reflection factors,autonomy factors of career choices,and social persuasion factors.The first-year students' occupational identity score of 67.22±10.379 is the highest,and the second-grade 62.19±11.875 shows a downward trend,up to the third grade 63.11±13.593.In addition to the social persuasion factor,the factors also show this trend;post-internship care the retention scores and turnover risk scores of professional students are significantly higher than those of nursing students who have not participated in internships.Other factors have no significant changes,but the total score of occupational identity has an increasing trend.Subjective survey data using NVivo software for analysis found that nursing students choose professional reasons,thoughts,personal experiences,professional malpractices and academic qualifications will have an impact on the occupational identity of nursing students.The results of the questionnaire survey of nursing students and the nursing graduates from C medical college found that the factors and problems affecting the occupational identity of nursing students include the four aspects: personal choice and cognition of nursing students,school education,characteristics of nursing profession and social factors.The educational countermeasures and suggestions for the occupational identity of medical college students in nursing majors are as follows: 1.Personal aspects: independent choice of career direction,parents should not interfere too much;understand occupations and strengthen personal cognition.2.School education: improve the construction of the curriculum system for nursing students;establish an evaluation mechanism for occupational identity education;practice more,reflect more;create the power of “idol”.3.Social system:improve the admission examination system for nursing students;integrate the employer system.
