Objective:Through investigation of Qiqihar city 3 armour hospital clinical doctor's general situation,professional identity,simple coping styles,work stress and to evaluate the clinical doctor's professional identity status,and research career and esteemed doctors generally,coping styles and the relationship between job stress,to explore the influence factors of affect the doctor professional esteemed.At the same time,in view of how to improve the professional recognition of clinical doctors,reasonable Suggestions are put forward for relevant management departments of the hospital,aiming at improving the working attitude,psychological pressure,working environment and other problems of doctors,so as to achieve the purpose of enabling doctors to carry out medical assistance with a positive attitude.Methods:By using domestic and foreign databases such as CNKI,Wanfang data and PubMed,and systematically combing and consulting relevant literature on professional identity,work pressure and coping styles,etc.,this study provides a theoretical basis for the development of this study.Adopt the method of random sampling,a 3 armour hospital in qiqihaer city 366 clinical doctors as the research object,with general data questionnaire,job approval rating scale,simple coping style questionnaire and job stress scale as a research tool,using Epidata3.1 entry survey data and create the database,then we use the SPSS 24.0 to get the statistics and the result.Descriptive statistics are used for the physical data,in the different age,gender,job title,education,working years and clinical doctor's career were independent sample t-test and single factor ANOVA,for professional esteemed,coping styles and the relationship between the pressure of work using correlation analysis,for the factors that influencing clinical doctors professional identity,we use multiple regression analysis to get the results.P<0.05 was regarded as significant difference,and ? =0.05 was taken as the test standard.Results:1.Professional identity score and its influencing factors: the average score of professional identity is(52.56±10.47),and the average scores of the two dimensions of occupational identity scale are: consistency(36.66±7.60),sense of meaning(15.90±3.44).By independent sample t-test or one-way ANOVA analysis,clinicians of different ages had statistical significance in the difference of professional identity and its two dimensions(F=5.318,4.346,6.851,P<0.05),and the age was greater than The 50-year-old clinician scored the highest in professional identity and its two dimensions;clinicians with different professional titles had statistical significance in the difference of professional identity and its two dimensions(F=3.227,2.747,3.780,P<0.05),and the doctor who is the chief physician has the highest score in the professional identity and its two dimensions;the clinicians with different working years have statistical significance in the professional identity and the score difference between the two dimensions(F= 7.461,8.891,3.293,P<0.05),and doctors who work for more than 15 years have the highest scores in professional identity and its two dimensions;clinicians in different departments have differences in the scores of professional identity and its two dimensions.Statistical significance(F=8.744,8.142,7.513,P<0.05);clinicians with different daily working hours have statistics on the total score of occupational identity and the difference in scores of two dimensions.Significance(F=9.605,11.697,5.119,P<0.05);clinicians with different monthly average night shifts were statistically significant in the total score of occupational identity and the scores of the two dimensions(F=57.989,53.268,47.593,P<0.05)2.Coping style and work stress scores: Of the 366 study samples studied,the overall average score for coping styles was 298 in the study(29.95±7.41),and the average score for the two dimensions of coping style They were: positive response scores(21.75±7.23)and negative response scores(8.20±4.13).In terms of work stress,the total average score of work stress is(105.42±17.95),and the average scores of the seven dimensions of work stress are: organizational management dimension score is(23.67±5.47),occupational interest dimension score is(18.39±4.77),the workload dimension score is(19.80±3.48),the career development dimension score is(18.31±4.64),the interpersonal relationship dimension score is(6.41±2.44),and the external environment dimension score is(10.23±4.45),doctor-patient relationship The dimension score is(8.61 ± 2.24).3.Correlation analysis between professional identity and coping style and work stress: Through Pearson correlation analysis,it can be concluded that the positive identity of professional identity and coping style is positively correlated;organizational identity,occupational interest and occupational pressure of professional identity and occupational stress There is a negative correlation between development and interpersonal dimensions.4.The impact of coping style and work stress on professional identity: Through multiple linear regression analysis,it can be found that positive coping,organizational management,career development and interpersonal relationship are factors influencing professional identity.Among them,the positive coping style has a positive impact on professional identity.The impact of organizational management,career development and interpersonal relationships on professional identity is negative.Conclusions:(1)The hospital's clinician's overall professional identity is at a medium level,and the clinician's professional identity score has statistically significant differences in age,professional title,working years,department,daily working hours,and monthly average night shifts,among which age,The title,working years and the average number of night shifts are the influencing factors of the clinician's professional identity.(2)Clinicians' professional identity is related to coping style and work stress.In terms of coping style,professional identity and positive coping are positively related.In terms of work stress,professional identity is negatively correlated with organizational management,career development and interpersonal relationship.Therefore,the hospital should fully optimize the management functions,take timely and effective measures,stimulate the enthusiasm of clinicians,reduce the work pressure of clinicians,improve the professional identity of clinicians,and urge doctors to better serve patients.(3)Coping style and work pressure can predict clinicians' professional identity,and positive coping,career development,interpersonal relationship and organizational management are the influencing factors of clinicians' professional identity.
