China is currently in the period of economic transformation.With the acceleration of new industrialization and new urbanization in recent years,the population is aging,the prevalence of chronic diseases among residents has risen sharply,and the demand for medical resources by urban residents has increased significantly.Public hospitals have long been in a monopoly position in the medical service market due to their own positioning.Along with the deepening of the market-oriented reform of China's medical system,the public welfare of public hospitals has gradually faded and the profit-seeking has gradually emerged,exposing many problems: the interest orientation of public hospitals has deviated from the public welfare organizational goals;the over-administrative management system has lowered the hospitals.Work efficiency;high drug prices and various expenses make the people "difficult to see a doctor";the process of consultation is cumbersome,and the patient satisfaction is not high.This paper takes the management innovation of public hospitals in Nanjing as the specific research object.Firstly,it analyzes the research background and significance of the management innovation of public hospitals in Nanjing,and shows the practical significance and practical value of this research.Then it combs the principal-agent theory and the new public management.The basic concepts of theory and management innovation theory provide a theoretical basis for the management innovation of public hospitals in Nanjing.Then,the management innovation of public hospitals in Nanjing is selected as the empirical analysis object,with the governance structure of public hospitals,the distribution of medical resources,the drug procurement model,and the personnel system.The treatment process and information construction as a breakthrough to study the problems in the current development of public hospitals in Nanjing;then,by combining the management innovation cases of public hospitals at home and abroad,reveal the advantages,disadvantages and opportunities in the development strategy of public hospitals in Nanjing.Threats,on this basis,choose the strategy suitable for the management innovation of public hospitals in Nanjing;finally,combined with the above research and analysis,propose corresponding management innovation countermeasures from the macro and micro perspectives respectively.Research shows that the management innovation of public hospitals in Nanjing must follow the pace of medical reform in the new era,starting from the macro and micro perspectives,to carry out management innovation in public hospitals in Nanjing: macroscopically,the government needs to clarify the reform of “separation and management” In the scope of its own duties,establish a scientific corporate governance structure of public hospitals,rationally allocate medical resources in Nanjing,and upgrade the centralized procurement mode of drugs from multiple angles;microscopically,public hospitals themselves need to respond to the formulation of policy requirements and formulate The scientific personnel management system actively uses the big data platform to optimize the hospital's diagnosis and treatment process,and strengthens the hospital's informationization construction to improve the patient's satisfaction.In order to innovate the management system of public hospitals in Nanjing,improve their management environment,improve service quality and better serve the people.
