Clinical Study On Tiantengzhichou Granule In The Treatment Of Tic Disorder Of Spleen Deficiency And Liver Hyperactivity

Objective: To observe the difference of clinical effect between tiantengzhizhuo granule and tiapride hydrochloride in the treatment of tic disorder,and to provide a new reference for the treatment of tic disorder in children.Methods: from October 1,2017 to October 1,2019,64 children with tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity were selected from the pediatric clinic of Baoding first traditional Chinese medicine hospital.They were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).Observe the YGTSS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect of tiantengzhichui granules.Results:(1)gender,age,YGTSS scale score,TCM syndrome score,exercise and voice twitch scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,YGTSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in the scores of motor twitch(twitch type,twitch frequency,twitch intensity,twitch complexity,twitch interference),indicating that both groups could effectively improve motor twitch.(4)In the treatment group,there was no significant improvement in the disturbance of vocal twitch in 4weeks,but it was significantly improved in 8 weeks,while in the control group,there was no significant improvement in the complexity of the twitch in 4 weeks,nor in the type and complexity of the twitch in 8 weeks,and the other scores were significantly improved,indicating that the effect of the treatment group in improving the type and complexity of vocal twitch was better than that of the control group.(5)The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was inferior to that of the control group in 4 weeks and superior to that of the control group in 8 weeks.(6)After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,indicating that the two groups had significant curative effect.(7)Before and after treatment,the blood,urine,stool routine and ECG were normal in both groups,andthe safety indexes(AST,alt,CRP,BUN)were normal before and after treatment,indicating that the treatment process of the two groups was relatively safe.(8)The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.1% in the treatment group and 6.3% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: the results of clinical randomized controlled trials show that Tiantengzhichou granules and tiapride hydrochloride also have significant clinical effects in the treatment of tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,while Tiantengzhichou granules are slightly better than tiapride hydrochloride.Through the comparison of YGTSS scores,it can be seen that Tiantengzhichou granules have a better effect in improving the types and complexity of vocal tic disorders than tiapride hydrochloride From the comparison of TCM Syndrome Evaluation table,we can see that tiantengzhizhuo granules and tiapride hydrochloride have better curative effect on TCM syndrome symptoms.Therefore,it can be considered to promote the application of Tiantengzhichou granules in clinical practice.
