Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Children's Multiple Tic Disorder (Spleen Deficiency And Liver Hyperactivity) With Degree Pediatric Massage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pediatric massage in the treatment of children's multiple tic syndrome(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity),and to seek a kind of treatment which is both efficient.convenient and simple.and can alleviate the pain of children.To analyze the effectiveness and advantages of massage in the treatment of children's multiple tic syndrome.Methods:A randomized controlled design was used to study multiple tie syndrome in children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity.66 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into experimental group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).During the study,3 cases were treated as abscission(Among them,l case in the experimental group did not complete two courses of treatment.In the control group,2 children did not take the medicine according to the course of treatment,so all 3 children did not participate in the data statistics.)In the end,32 cases were in the experimental group and 31 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with massage for children?30 minutes each time,6 times a week.while the control group was given oral administration of Xiaoyao Powder,a traditional Chinese medicine granule.For two weeks as a course of treatmentXontinuous treatment for two treatment courses.After 3 months,the two groups were followed up.The Yale comprehensive tic severity scale(YGTSS)was used to evaluate the two groups before and after treatment,followed up tor 3 months.The reduction rate was calculated by using the nimopine method,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by the score reduction rate.Results:1.The analysis of YGTSS score after treatment in the two groups,the motor score,vocal score,overall damage score and total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.A fter rank sum test.the score of motor score.vocal score,overall damage degree and total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.There was significant difference in motor twitching and total score between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in vocal twitching and overall damage between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The symptoms and coprevalence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the two groups were analyzed,and it was concluded that the two groups could improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,such as irritability,timidity?sleep disorder and abnormal stool,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in allergic(itching,tenderness)(P<0.01).3.Among the 32 children in the experimental group,6 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective and 7 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 96.875%and the effective rate was 75%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.871%,and the effective rate was 38.710%.After rank sum test,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Three months later,the effective children in the two groups were followed up.The recurrence rate was 6.452%in the experimental group and 30.69%in the control group.After the test,there was significant difterence between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Xiaoer massage and Xiaoyao Powder granule can improve the clinical symptoms of TS with spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver,but the overall curative effect of child massage is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine control group,especially in improving the motor twitching of children with TS.In addition,the curative effect of massage in children with TS was also better than that in the control group.The recurrence rate of long-term follow-up of massage in children was lower than that in traditional Chinese medicine group.Comprehensive analysis shows that massage room for children is a simple,efficient and low pain treatment method,which is easy to be accepted by children and parents,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
