Objective: To observe the improvement of symptoms of children with anorexia of the type of hyperactivity of liver and deficiency of spleen treated by the method of calming the liver and activating the spleen,so as to provide the treatment ideas for clinical research and treatment of children with anorexia,so as to better treat children with anorexia.Methods: 90 children with anorexia were collected and selected according to the diagnosis standard of liver invigorating and spleen deficiency type of traditional Chinese medicine.Before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,TCM syndrome score and body weight index were recorded,and TCM syndrome score and body weight change were observed to evaluate their effectiveness.Result:1.There are 90 cases included in the project,10 cases dropped out,no cases removed,and80 cases actually completed.2.Before treatment,the proportion of moderate cases was the most,51 cases(64%),27cases(34%)of mild cases and 2 cases(2%)of severe cases.After 2 weeks of treatment,0(0%)were asymptomatic,35(44%)mild,44(55%)moderate and 1(1%)severe.After treatment,the degree of disease was significantly reduced.After 4 weeks of treatment,44(55%)were asymptomatic,33(41%)mild,3(4%)moderate and 0(0%)severe.After treatment,the degree of disease was significantly reduced.3.Evaluation of disease efficacy: in the 80 patients collected in this trial,after 4 weeks of treatment,clinical control was 2(2.5%);significant effect was 30(37.5%);effective rate was 42(52.5%);ineffective rate was 6(7.5%);total effective rate was 74(92.5%).4.After treatment,the total score before and after treatment was p = 0.000 < 0.01.It can be considered that the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the total score before and after treatment of TCM syndrome was significantly improved.5.The total score of main symptoms before and after treatment was p = 0.000 < 0.01,which was statistically significant,indicating that there was significant change before and after treatment.6.Before and after treatment,the total score of secondary symptoms was p = 0.000 < 0.01,which was statistically significant,indicating that there was significant change before and after treatment.7.A total of 90 cases were collected in this study,of which a total of 10 cases were shedding,of which 8 cases were mild(80%);2 cases were moderate(20%);0 cases were severe(0%).Three of the cases of shedding had colds and colds caused by the trial of the child,and 7 cases had fallen off because of the influence of other drugs related to the treatment of the disease during the treatment process.8.Safety: Children did not test serious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion: Pinggan Yunpi method has a good clinical effect on improving the main and secondary syndromes of children with anorexia of the type of hyperactivity of the liver and deficiency of the spleen.Pinggan Yunpi method is confirmed safe and effective,especially in the treatment of the disease,and there is no adverse drug reaction during the treatment.
