| ObjectiveBy studying and observing the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling in the treatment of children with tic disorder syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver,we hope to provide a new idea for the optimization of the treatment of children with tic disorder,so as to better guide the clinical practice.MethodsNinety-six clinical subjects who met the inclusion criteria were selected and numbered according to the order when they visited the hospital. Then they were divided into three groups according to the random number table method, namely, the Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling control group(Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling treatment)(32cases),the Chinese herbal medicine control group(32 cases),and the western medicine control group(Tiapride treatment)(32 cases). Each month was a course of treatment, and 3 courses were observed. The scores of YGTSS and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed, and the data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS software to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results1.Compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in motor performance, vocal performance and total score of YGTSS among the three groups(P<0.01);There were also significant differences in the primary and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome scores in the three groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment schemes for this disease in the three groups had significant efficacy.2.After treatment, there was no statistical significance in motor and vocal tic between the control group of Chinese herbal medicine and the control group of western medicine(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the two groups was similar;Compared with the western medicine control group and the Chinese herbal medicine control group, there was statistical significance in the needling and Chinese herbal medicine group(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling in the treatment of this disease was better than that of Chinese herbal medicine or western medicine alone.3.After treatment, there was no statistical significance in the total score of YGTSS in the three groups after 1 month,2 months and 3 months of treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the two groups was similar after 1 month,2 months and 3 months, respectively;Compared with the western medicine control group and the Chinese herbal medicine control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling in the treatment of this disease was better than that of Chinese herbal medicine or western medicine alone after 1 month,2 months and 3months,respectively.4.In terms of primary and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome scores, there was no statistical significance between Chinese herbal medicine control group and western medicine control group(P>0.05),indicating that both TCM control group and western medicine control group had similar therapeutic effects in both primary and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome scores; The comparison between the needling group and the western medicine control group and the Chinese herbal medicine control group was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling in improving the symptoms of Chinese herbal medicine in children with this disease was better than the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine or western medicine alone.5.After 3 courses of treatment, the effective rates of the western medicine control group, the Chinese herbal medicine control group and the needling and Chinese herbal medicine group were 76.67%,80% and 93.33%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05)among the three groups, indicating that the treatment effect of the three groups was different. There was no statistical significance in the effective rate between the western medicine control group and the Chinese herbal medicine control group(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the Chinese herbal medicine alone was equivalent to that of the western medicine alone. The effective rate of the needling and Chinese herbal medicine group was statistically significant compared with that of the western medicine control group and the Chinese herbal medicine control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling was better than that of Chinese herbal medicine alone or the western medicine alone.6.After treatment, the effectiveness of TCM syndrome scoring was 73.33% in the control group of western medicine,83.33% in the control group of Chinese herbal medicine, and 96.67%in the needling and Chinese herbal medicine group.Comparison of the three groups,P<0.05,indicating that there are differences in the improvement of TCM symptoms in the three groups. There was no statistical difference between the control group of Chinese herbal medicine and the control group of western medicine(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment of this disease by Chinese herbal medicine alone and the treatment of western medicine alone had the same effect in improving the symptoms of Chinese herbal medicine.Compared with the western medicine control group and the Chinese herbal medicine control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling in the treatment of this disease was better than the use of Chinese herbal medicine alone or the use of western medicine alone in improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine.7.In the course of treatment,no abnormal safety indicators were found in the three groups. But in the process of treatment, there were 6 cases of adverse reactions in the control group of western medicine,2 cases in the control group of Chinese herbal medicine, and 1 case in the needling and Chinese herbal medicine group.Conclusion1.The therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling in the treatment of children with tic disorder is significantly better than that of Chinese herbal medicine alone or the use of tiapride, which has the best curative effect.2.The therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine alone in the treatment of children with tic disorder is similar to that of tiapride.3.Compared with the use of tiapride treatment, the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine combined with needling in the treatment of children with tic disorder is certain, with fewer adverse reactions and less side effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
