Objective:Yipi Pinggan and Jiannao Chongsui method was used to treat children with tic disorder(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity type),and the clinical effect of this method was finally evaluated,providing basic data support for its application in clinical practice,and providing a new treatment idea and method.Methods:60 children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity type,and tic disorder were treated with oral medicine plus or minus self-made prescriptions under the guidance of Yipi Pinggan and Jiannao Chongsui method.The total course of treatment was 8weeks.Observe and summarize the clinical symptoms and signs of 60 children before and after medication,and make self-control before and after,so as to test the clinical efficacy of Yipi Pinggan,Jiannao Chongsui method for the treatment of tic disorders(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity type)in children.Results: According to the efficacy criteria: clinical control 15 cases,significant effect25 cases,effective 20 cases,ineffective 0 cases,total effective rate 100%;before and after treatment,Yale comprehensive tic severity scale score and TCM syndrome score were statistically processed,P<0.05,with significant difference.After 4 weeks follow-up,2 cases of recurrence were found,accounting for 3.33% of the total cases.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Yipi Pinggan and Jiannao Chongsui on children tic disorder(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity type)is significant.In order to guide the effective treatment,there is no adverse reaction in the study,and the safety is high.It can provide a new treatment idea and method for clinical. |
