Objective:To observe the curative and side effect of shentianzhidong Decoction on infantile Tic Disorder with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity.Methods:Select 60 eligible patients who suffered from Tic Disorder spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity.Choosing the randomized method,it can be divided into the treatment group and control group 30 cases each.The treatment group was given shentianzhidong Decoction,and the control group was given Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets.The 2 groups of parents were guided by detail nursing and guidance.After 8 weeks to evaluate the total curative effect,the improvement of YGTSS,the degree of motor tics and vocal tics and the improvement of symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Were followed up for 2 months,observing side effects.Results:1.Eight weeks after the treatment,In the aspect of twitch symptoms the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.67%and 86.67%respectively,and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).While TCM symptoms in total effective rate in treatment group was 100.00%,control group was 63.33%,p<0.019 the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.Internal medicine comparison before and after treatment way,both in YGTSS score and TCM symptoms integral differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the effective treatment;Compared two groups of samples after treatment,the treatment group and control group in the above two same differences statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.3.Treatment group there is no adverse event,the control group in 2 cases.Conclusion:1.Shentianzhidong Decoction were superior to the control group in reducing the YGTSS scores and TCM symptoms of children Tic Disorder with Spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,2.1t is safe and reliable of Shentianzhidong Decoction to confirm the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating TD. |
