The Research Of The Combination Of Medical Care And Pension In Kunming

In 2000,the proportion of the elderly population over 65 years old in China reached 7% of the total population,which marks that China has officially entered the aging society.In the 21 st century,China's population growth is slow,and the level of medical treatment has been improved,which has deepened the degree of the population aging.With the aging of the population,there is an increase in the number of disabled and semi-disabled old people.In addition,due to the poor physical function of the elderly,the variety of diseases and treatment time,so that the elderly health pension problem has been widely concerned.For a long time before,the pension and medical treatment of the elderly population in China were studied as two problems.The hospital only provides treatment and rehabilitation activities.For the elderly who have certain self-care ability but need to be hospitalized,it not only increases the medical burden but also costs money.Pension institutions are only responsible for the daily care of the elderly,and it is difficult to deal with the sudden illness or postoperative rehabilitation of the elderly,and the spiritual needs of the elderly are not met.However,with the concept of "health endowment" and "service for the aged" being put forward,the mode of combining medical and nursing care with the integration of endowment resources and medical resources has been brought into the public view,which provides a new way of thinking for solving the pension problem in China.Although the mode of combining medical care with old-age care in China is still in the exploration stage,after two years' development,cities in various regions have formed a mode with their own development characteristics by relying on places such as homes,communities and institutions,providing an alternative mode of old-age care for the elderly.From the macro level,the development of the mode of combining medical care with old-age care is of great significance for enriching the old-age care system and mechanism,building a healthy China and building a socialist harmonious society.From the micro point of view,it plays an irreplaceable role in reducing the burden of family pension,meeting the growing demand of the elderly forpension,improving pension services,increasing employment and relieving employment pressure.As the provincial capital of Yunnan province,Kunming has a relatively developed economy and is facing various challenges brought by the aging population.In order to promote the development of Kunming medical have combined with pension mode,in February 2017,Kunming municipal party committee review and principles through the Kunming medical combining work implementation plan ",after more than two years of development,has made some achievements.This paper starts with the level of supply and demand and satisfaction of the development of the mode of combining medical care with old-age care in Kunming,and theoretically analyzes the background,significance,research status and basic theories of the development of combining medical care with old-age care in Kunming.At the practice level,through field visits,from the survey data to understand the mode with the condition in actual operation,the directional to explore the feasibility and necessity of raising endowment pattern practice,and analyze the deficiency that Kunming medical have combined with pension mode development funds deficiencies in the process of development,backward talent team construction,absence of management problems.On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward some targeted policy suggestions in order to promote the benign operation of the mode of combining medical care with old-age care in Kunming city.As one of the larger cities in southwest China,The mode of combining medical care with old-age care in Kunming can provide a development template for other cities with similar actual conditions.If there is any problem in Kunming,it can be corrected.If there is no,it can be encouraged.The measures of Kunming city can be used for reference according to local conditions and circumstances to promote the sound development of China's pension undertakings.
