Objective:To observe the clinical effect of perfusing wound surface with Zicao oil treats pain, anal bulging and wound healing after surgery of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat injection.Method:Sixty-six patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table,33 cases in each.Patients in both groups were treated with TST + external hemorrhoidectomy under intraspinal anesthesia + basic anesthesia after the completion of preoperative preparation. The postoperative patients were treated with the same routine treatments, such as prevention of infection, hemostasis, and dressing change, etc. From the first day to the eighth day after the operation, patients in the treatment group were injected into the wound surface with Zicao oil on the basis of routine dressing change every day, once a day;patients in the control group were routine dressing changes daily after the operation, and no other treatment. To observe and score the symptoms of pain and anal bulging on the 2nd,5th,and 8th days after surgery, then record the corresponding integral in the table. To record wound healing time. Finally, statistical treatment was performed to compare the efficacy, come to the conclusion.Results:66 patients were selected and no cases fell off during the observation period.Comparing the general data such as gender, age and course of disease, number of incisions in external hemorrhoids, postoperative pain and anal bulging of the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable. The research results are analyzed as follows:(1)Postoperative anal pain between two groups was compared: On the 2nd days after surgery, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of the score of postoperative pain in the two groups(P>0.05);on the 5th and 8th days after surgery, there were significant differences in the comparison of the score of postoperative pain between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the effect in reducing postoperative pain of the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Postoperative anal bulging between two groups was compared: On the 2nd days after surgery, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of the score of postoperative anal bulging in the two groups(P>0.05);on the 5th and 8th days after surgery, there were significant differences in the comparison of the score of postoperative anal bulging between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the effect in relieving postoperative anal bulging of the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)The wound healing time between two groups was compared: The average wound healing time in the treatment group was(21.52±1.86)days,the average wound healing time in the control group was(23.73±2.11)days,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).It indicated that perfusing wound surface with Zicao oil could promote wound healing and shorten wound healing time.(4)The overall efficacy between the two groups was compared: After 8 days of treatment, both groups were effective, the effective rate in the treatment group was 97.0%,and theeffective rate in the control group was 90.9%,the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zicao oil perfusion wound can effectively reduce postoperative pain and relieve anal bulging, and it can also promote wound healing, shorten the course of disease, and no obvious adverse reactions, with higher security, and it is worthy of clinical application.
