Clinical Observation Of Needle Knife Combined With Shoulder Joint Loosening For Treatment Of Supraspinatus Tendinitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of needle knife combined with shoulder joint mobilization on Supraspinatus Tendinitis(ST),to explore the clinical value of needle knife combined with shoulder joint mobilization on supraspinatus tendinitis,and provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods: Sixty patients with supraspinatus tendonitis who were hospitalized and treated in orthopedics in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into 30 cases each in the control group and the treatment group.The control group was orally administered loxoprofen sodium tablets,60 mg / time,3 times a day,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment under the guidance of a physician.In the treatment group,after the local anesthesia under the treatment of needle knife dissection,shoulder joint mobilization was performed once a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.The VAS score,shoulder abduction activity,UCLA score,UCLA score excellent rate and total effective rate before treatment,1,3,and 8 weeks after treatment were collected,various observation indicators were combined,statistical analysis was performed,and a conclusion was drawn.Result:1.There were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,distribution of left and right shoulders,VAS score,shoulder abduction activity,and UCLA score before treatment(P> 0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients are comparable.2.Within the VAS score group comparison,after 1,3,and 8 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);between-group comparison,after 1,3,and 8 weeks of treatment,The VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Shoulder abduction activity comparison Within the group,after 1,3,and 8 weeks of treatment,the shoulder abduction activity of both groups was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared between groups,after 1,3,and 8weeks of treatment,the shoulder abduction angle of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.UCLA score comparison within the group,after 1,3,and 8 weeks of treatment,the UCLA scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared between groups,after 1,3,and 8 weeks of treatment,the UCLA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.UCLA excellent rate The UCLA score of the two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment was excellent,good,and poor.The treatment group was excellent in 7 cases,good in 22 cases,and poor in 1 case.The total excellent and good rate was 96.67%;the control group was excellent in 1 case,good 19 cases,10 cases worse,the total excellent and good rate was 66.67%.After Ridit test,F = 14.491,P <0.05,the difference between the groups was statistically significant,the total excellent and good rate of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group.6.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients was 7cases cured,23 cases improved,and 0 cases not cured;1 control group was cured,23 cases improved,6 cases did not heal,the total effective rate was 80.00%,It was lower than 100.00% of the treatment group.After Ridit test,F = 12.005,P <0.05,the difference between the groups was statistically significant,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with shoulder joint mobilization for supraspinatus tendonitis can significantly reduce the patient's pain,improve shoulder abduction activity,improve excellent rate and total effective rate.
