| Objective:Shoulder joint loosening is used for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,use its low speed to relieve pain,and verify the important role of this method in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:In this study,patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group,30 cases in joint mobilization group and 30 cases in the traditional massage group.The data collected from 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The clinical symptoms,physical signs and pain scores were the main indexes of the patients before and after treatment.After 20 days of treatment,the evaluation of the curative effect of the patients before and after treatment.The clinical effect of shoulder joint loosening in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis was studied by using SPSS17.0 for statistical treatment before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,according to the shoulder function evaluation scale,the clinical symptoms and signs of shoulder joint were improved(P<0.05),and the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients after the treatment,the pain degree of individual comparison,there is significant difference(P<0.05),the results show that the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Two groups of patients after the treatment,the overall index of the overall comparison,the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shoulder joint loosening can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of scapulohumeral periarthritis,and have good therapeutic effect.2.According to the pain score before and after treatment,the results showed that during the treatment of shoulder joint with traditional Chinese massage and shoulder mobilization,the pain degree of patients undergoing joint mobilization was lighter and patients had higher postoperative acceptance.3.According to the observation of shoulder joint status before and after treatment,after the same course of treatment,the shoulder joint comprehensive score showed that the effect of shoulder joint mobilization was more significant. |
