The Clinical Effect Of Treating The Tendinitis Of Supraspinatus Muscle With The Water Knife And Danhong Injection

Background:Tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle,not only serious affecting people's daily quality of life,but also harming to patients' mental health,is an common one of shoulder soft tissue disorders,It can develop into a scapulohumeral periarthritis and bring an irritable emotion to the patients.Using partly closed treatment,more choice of compound betamethasone and triamcinolone acetonide,these drugs because of their depressing the regenerate of fibrous tissue may occur spontaneous tendon rupture and reduce the scope of applicatio.In clinical with Danhong injection through the water treatment tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle,we have made a good outcome,and to explore more effective nonsurgical treatment of it.Objective:According to the theory of meridians of traditional Chinese medicine,human anatomy and water needle theory as a guide,observe the water needle knife with Danhong injection therapy release tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle comparing with simple needle knife therapy for the clinical efficacy of supraspinatus tendinitis.Research Methods:Tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,water needle knife with Danhong injection therapy in the treatment group once a week for 2 weeks as a course and simple needle knife therapy in the control group once a week for 2 weeks as a course.Treatment before each shoulder pain in all patients with visual analogue scales,activities of daily living and shoulders Range of motion integral.After a course of treatment,the contrast group treated with water needle knife with Danhong injection therapy and simple needle knife therapy in shoulder pain VAS,ADL score and ROM score,evaluate the efficacy.Results:1 Between the two groups in patients before treatment with sex,age,right and left and course of disease comparison P>0.05,it fully proved that difference between the two groups has no statistical significance.2 Between the two groups in patients before treatment with shoulder pain VAS,ADL score and ROM score comparison P>0.05,difference between the two groups has no statistical significance.3 Within the two groups after treatment,two groups of patients with shoulder pain VAS,ADL score and ROM score comparison both groups P<0.05,in the two groups all have differences,with statistical significance.4 Comparison between the two groups after treatment,two groups of patients with shoulder pain VAS,ADL score and ROM score comparison P<0.05,it fully proved that differences between the two groups have statistical significance.5 Follow-up after two months,the treatment group recurrence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion:1 Water needle knife with Danhong injection therapy treatment the clinical curative effect of tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle,can ease the pain of patients,effective improve the function of shoulder joint.2 Batter curative effect and lower recurrence rate have made it clear that water needle knife with Danhong injection therapy is better than simple needle knife therapy.
