The Recently Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Arthro-scopy Calcifications Removal Combined With Local Injection Calcified Supraspinatus Tendinitis Treatment Of Calcified Supraspinatus Tendinitis

Background:Supraspinatus calcification tendinitis with no clear cause,is a clinical common and non-traumatic disease,which could cause shoulder pain and restricted movement.Generally considered to be on the basis of the supraspinatus tendon degeneration,it's due to the partial abnormal metabolism of calcium,then developing deposition,and eventually forming calcifying tendinitis.It likely happens in women of 30~50 years old,with the incidence of 2.7%~20%,suffering more the right shoulder.Focus clearance is the most common arthroscopic shoulder surgery of supraspinatus calcification tendinitis,which using arthroscopy eliminating calcium deposition which in mucous bursa,muscle tendon,and the junction of tendons and muscles under the shoulder peak,removing residual debris by sufficiently elutriation,and checking the structures in the joints.The local injections under shoulder arthroscopy,which means injecting drugs through arthroscopy in the calcifications on the supraspinatus tendon,soft tissue around the shoulder joint,and articular cavity,having the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect,is a common analgesic method about supraspinatus calcification tendinitis and shoulder joint perioperative.Objective:Retrospectively analyzed the recent clinical curative effect of focus clearance combined with partial injection to treat supraspinatus calcification tendinitis under the arthroscopy,which could provide theoretical basis,provide the reference,optimize modus operandi of shoulder arthroscopy,and further improve the clinical therapeutic effect.Method: Retrospectively analyzed the twenty patients who suffer from supraspinatus calcification tendinitis took focus clearance under the shoulder arthroscopy between October 2013 to August 2016 at orthopedicsin Chengdu university of TCM affiliated hospital.The twenty patients divided into two groups,for A(10 cases),focus clearance under arthroscopy,and for B(10 cases),focus clearance combined with partial injection.Observe and record in patients' shoulder joint pain and function at preoperative and postoperative 1 day,1 week,3 weeks,6 weeks,3 months shoulder joint pain and shoulder joint function.Visual analogue scale(VAS)pain scores compared analysis of preoperative and postoperative shoulder joint pain,using the shoulder joint scoring system at the University of California at as Los Angeles(UCLA)to evaluate before and after treatment of shoulder joint function.Consequence: Both two groups of patients with postoperative incision are?/healing,and follow-up.A and B groups within the VAS pain scores and UCLA scoring system compared with preoperative are statistically significant(P<0.05),which contrast or differences of each index have statistical significance(P<0.05).Group B is better than that of group A.Conclusion:Focus clearance under the arthroscopy and focus clearance combined with partial injection are both modus operandi to treat supraspinatus calcification tendinitis.But compared to the former,the latter is better to effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction in the short term,relieve pain,shorten the rehabilitation course of the disease and prevent postoperative adhesion joints.This operation is simple,less risky,and curative effect with satisfaction in the near future,thus optimize the clinical treatment of supraspinatus calcification tendinitis,further improve the curative effect.But 6 weeks postoperatively,patients with inflammatory reaction disappeared gradually,two kinds of treatments achieve satisfactory curative effect.
