The Clinical Effect Of Treating The Tendinitis Of Supraspinatus Muscle With The Needle Knife And Cupping

Objective:according to the theory of meridians of traditional Chinese medicine and human anatomy as a guide, observe the needle knife release with cutem therapy loose solution with needle knife therapy for the clinical efficacy of supraspinatus tendinitis.For the treatment of supraspinatus tendinitis provide scientific and effective basis and theoretical support.Methods:60 cases were included in the standard of the supraspinatus tendon inflammation patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, needle knife and cupping therapy in the treatment group and simple needle knife therapy in the control group (n= 30).Treatment before each shoulder pain in patients with VAS and shoulders ROM integral.All patients treated with 1 times a week,2 times observed treatment effect after treatment, the record after healing shoulder pain VAS and shoulders ROM points, evaluation of therapeutic effect.Results:1 between the two groups before treatment in patients with shoulder pain VAS, shoulder ROM score comparison P> 0.05, difference between the two groups has no statistical significance. Within the two groups after treatment, two groups of patients with shoulder pain VAS, shoulder ROM score comparison both groups P< 0.05, in the two groups all have differences, with statistical significance. 3 comparison between the two groups after treatment, two groups of patients with shoulder pain VAS, shoulder ROM score comparison P< 0.05, differences between the two groups have statistical significance.But the treatment group pain VAS score lower than the control group, treatment group shoulder ROM score higher than the control group. 4 and the cure rate, effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group P< 0.05 difference was statistically significant. 5 follow-up after two months, two groups of patients with recurrence rate comparison P> 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.But the treatment group recurrence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion:needle knife and cupping treatment the clinical curative effect of supraspinatus tendinitis, can effectively cure or ease the pain of patients, improve the function of shoulder joint activity, stable curative effect, the recurrence rate is lower and better than sheer needle knife therapy, security is good, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
