Clinical Research On Therapeutic Effect Of Frozen Shoulder Treated By The Joint Mobilization Combining Three Acupoints Of Shoulder

Research purposes:Stroke is one of the three major diseases that endanger the health of human beings in the world.The incidence of this disease China ranks second in the world at 120 to 190/10,the mortality rate is 60 to 110 per 100,000,and about 50%?80%will have a motor dysfunction,and Jin three acupuncture therapy for stroke flaccid hematopoietic(recovery)treatment is unique,this study to explore Jin three needle with electro-acupuncture treatment of stroke flaccid hematopia and Compared with the control group,Jin three-pin combined with electro-acupuncture as the treatment group,the two groups were compared with the treatment group,the treatment group and the control group were divided into three groups:the control group and the control group.And to explore the effectiveness of Jin three acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of stroke flaccid hemiplegia.Research methods:Case of the source from November 2014 to February 2016 in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of acupuncture outpatient and inpatient patients(recovery period),a total of 60 cases,according to the ratio of 1:1 simple and randomized into treatment group,And control group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jin three needle combined with electroacupuncture Then G6805 electro-acupuncture treatment instrument,the strength of the patient can tolerate the degree,choose the dense wave type,each needle 30 minutes,1 day.5 times for a course of treatment,rest 2 days and then the second course of treatment,a total of 8 courses.The control group is Jin three needle with warm needle,acupoints with the treatment group,get gas after the hands of three needles(Qu pool,foreign relations)and foot three needle(Zusanli,Sanyinjiao)plus moxibustion,plus blood(Double),gas sea temperature acupuncture.All patients were treated once a day,5 times for a course of treatment,rest 2 days and then the second course of treatment,a total of 8 courses.(NDS),and Fugl-meyer efficacy assessment of patients with hemiplegia were evaluated by the efficacy evaluation scale.All the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.The comparison between the groups was analyzed by chi-square test.The comparison between the two groups was analyzed by ridit analysis.The t-pair test was used before and after treatment.Research result:and Barthel index were significantly higher than those in the control group and the control group(P>0.05).The results were statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group of 30 cases,the basic recovery of 5 cases,effective in 17 cases,6 cases,2 cases,the total effective rate of 93.33%;the control group of 30 cases,the basic recovery in 2 cases,11 cases,11 cases,Ineffective in 4 cases,the total effective rate of 86.67%.The overall efficacy of the two groups of patients with hemiplegia by ridit analysis,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)Analysis conclusion:The results suggest that:Jin three acupuncture with electroacupuncture treatment of delayed stroke hemiplegia(convalescence)has a definite effect,after treatment,the total effective rate is better than Jin three acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture treatment,and electroacupuncture safety than temperature.Motor function,the two treatment methods of hemiplegia patients with active ability was significantly improved,and the effect is quite;Barthel index assessment,Jin three needle with the best effect of electro-acupuncture,the effect is better than the control group,indicating daily life The degree of improvement is better.Conclusion:After treatment for 8 courses,the total effective rate was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of Jin-acupuncture combined with warm needles was 86.67%.The difference between the two groups was analyzed by rank test(u = 2.2980)(P<0.05),suggesting that the improvement of clinical neurological deficits(NDS),daily living ability and motor function in patients with stroke hemiplegia is more pronounced than that of JIN.
