With the advancement of public medical services in China,more and more medical service equipment such as self-service registration machines,self-service report printers,self-service check-in machines,etc.have appeared to alleviate the management difficulties brought by the increase in population,and to a certain extent Shorten the consultation process and improve service efficiency.However,the mass production services used in traditional public hospitals cannot meet the needs of this special group of pregnant women.For pregnant women,the process of seeing a doctor is special,the pregnancy process spans a long time,and complications or comorbidities are prone to occur.Therefore,continuous health management is needed to avoid adverse birth outcomes.Involving service design in the health management of pregnant women,and using service design methods to integrate and plan service processes,can provide users with a better service experience,shorten the distance between doctors and patients,and improve hospital service efficiency.This topic mainly explores the research ideas and design methods of service design in the field of interdisciplinary medical practice for prenatal health management of pregnant women,so that the optimized service system can better meet the physiological and psychological needs of pregnant women.Through systematic management to avoid pregnancy risks,improve users' awareness of self-health management,transform passive medical treatment into active health management,and scientifically improve the lifestyle of pregnant women.In the design study,the definitions,principles,factors,and design methods applicable to this study are analyzed first,and then the health management methods of pregnant women in and out of the hospital are sorted out,and the existing products are initially investigated.Secondly,qualitative observation method,interview method and quantitative questionnaire survey were used to conduct field surveys to summarize the pain points of the hospital service process and summarize the user needs,that is,the demand for maternity inspection services in the hospital,the psychological and health management needs of pregnant women,and the needs of pregnant women in the hospital.Then analyze the service elements of the current pregnant women's prenatal health management service system,sort out the in-hospital service process,stakeholders in and out of the hospital,and service contact points,and create a user role model based on the survey content in Chapter 3.Possible design assumptions.Inthe design practice,the service mode and content of the service system are firstly clarified,and a service system framework and a specific service blueprint are constructed.Finally,a maternal health manual for users in the service APP platform and system is designed to improve the experience of prenatal health management services for pregnant women.
