Research On The Design Of Chronic Disease Health Management System Based On Service Design Concept

With the development of economy and society,the pressure of people's life and work and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,which lead to various chronic diseases and seriously threaten people's health.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of "healthy China",which promotes the development of China's medical service industry,and the cause of chronic disease health management is attached great importance.From the perspective of service design,this paper studies how to effectively carry out self-health management for patients with chronic diseases,explores the daily health management mode and life behavior habits of patients with chronic diseases by using the research methods and tools of service design,understands the needs of patients with chronic diseases,explores the main contents of health management,constructs the model of health management system for chronic diseases Health management provides innovative design service strategy.It mainly uses literature research,field research,user interviews,questionnaire research and other methods to study and analyze the subject.First of all,based on the social and academic background of the research,we can understand the current situation of the development of chronic disease health management,and make clear the purpose and innovation of the research.To understand the basic contents of service design,chronic disease and health management,to analyze and study the cases of service design involving in health management,and to support the possibility of research through cases.Secondly,based on the summary of desktop research and analysis of the overall characteristics of patients with chronic diseases,this paper analyzes the stakeholders in the health management system,and presents the direct and indirect stakeholders in the service directly through the stakeholder map to build a relationship network for the later in-depth research.This paper summarizes the seven main contents of chronic disease health management,compares the two kinds of existing health management product service models of platform type and tool type,and finally concludes that the health management product based on the integration of software and hardware of Internet platform has a good development trend in the future.Thirdly,carry out field research on the health management content of patients with chronic diseases,analyze the behavior process and contact points of patients' health management through user behavior observation,show the emotional experience and behavior line of patients using experience journey map,and preliminarily explore the pain points and demand points of patients.Based on the preliminary results of the investigation,we conducted in-depth interviews with patients,dug out the pain points of users,combed the health management needs of patients with chronic diseases in detail,and then quantified the data of qualitative analysis results through questionnaire survey to verify the accuracy of qualitative research.Through the above user research,the demand results are summarized intofour modules: intelligent health monitoring,personalized health customization,health knowledge dissemination,and health "post" rehabilitation experience.Finally,through the demand summary and insight into the design opportunity point,clear the service design goal,build the service experience model of "health management +",propose the innovative design strategy corresponding to the four demand modules,and then carry out the design practice verification under the guidance of the design strategy.
