Research On Health Management Platform Design Based On Service Design Concept

With the conceptual change of people's health,disease prevention and rehabilitation care has become the new health concerns,meanwhile with the rapid development of Internet technology and the constant improvement of the social security system,the development of digital medical health service system has become the inevitable trend,and the health management as an important part of medical health system,become the focus of a new design.Therefore,this paper takes the health management service system as the main research object,USES the service design theory to analyze the existing experience problems,excavates the potential design opportunity points,and aims to create better service experience for the health management service system.Based on the above background,this paper research content mainly includes the following: first,by reviewing literature related to the design of the service concept are studied,at the same time,combined with the present situation and development trend,service health management has been clear about the importance of service design in health management system design,and through the analysis of existing similar products or services in terms of function and experience the advantages and disadvantages,put forward the health management system design research strategies.Then,through field visits,stakeholder interviews and questionnaire survey,obtain the main stakeholders in health management services to the service demand,combined with related service design method,established the three main characters portrait and user journey figure,at the same time contact service scenario at all stages are analyzed,from which clear requirements and positioning service system.Next,this paper uses Kano model to filter and sort the requirements,so as to obtain the final requirements of the service system.Finally,after the system positioning and service system diagram are clarified,specific functional mapping and prototype design are carried out for the design requirements through the carrier of health management service platform.Meanwhile,the design prototype is evaluated to verify the feasibility of the design.From the perspective of service design,based on the current status of health management services,this study integrates and optimizes the service content,analyzes the usage scenarios and service flows,and constructs a health management system with social security card as the medium,health archives as the main line,and full-cycle health management as the core.Through the carrier of health management service platform,the core service content of the health management service system is presented,and the new development direction is explored and expanded in the field of user health service.
