Research On Basic Public Health Service Information Management System In Tianjin Binhai New District

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's material living standard,people have put forward higher requirements for medical service and health care.Therefore,the development direction of medical and health is achieving the l regional health information sharing based on the residents electronic health record,improving the efficiency of medical services by the health system information construction,improving the quality of medical services,improving access to medical services,reducing the medical costs and reducing the risk of the medical.According to the development status,this paper analyzes the informationization status of basic public health service,personal needs,the needs of grass-roots medical and health services,professional public health service agencies,and technical needs in Tianjin Binhai new area.A set of public health service project information management system is designed,the system is based on the residents electronic health record as the core,unified health information standards and information sharing exchange platform to reduce the cost of health services,improve the efficiency of health services for everyone to provide safe,effective,convenient and affordable health services.In this paper,the management topology,system data,system function and so on.The system adopts the SOA five-layer architecture,and realizes many integration modes based on unified integrated platform,using b / s mode to build the core business system of basic public health service project,using web service technology to achieve external interface.The overall design of the system follows the MVC design pattern.Finally,the system function is introduced in detail,and the system process is introduced through the specific use cases.By examples,this system plays an important role in the basic public health service information in Tianjin Binhai new area.
