The Clinical Efficacy And Quality Of Life Analysis Of Pressing Needle Combined With Montelukast Sodium In The Treatment Of Persistent Allergic Rhinitis In Children With Lung-qi Deficiency And Cold

Objective: Through the clinical randomized controlled trial,to explore the clinical effect of intradermal needle combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis in children with lung qi deficiency and cold type and its impact on the quality of life,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment plan for the clinical treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis in children with lung qi deficiency and cold type.Method: 90 children with persistent allergic rhinitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group(intradermal needle combined with drug),control group I(sham intradermal needle combined with drug)and control group II(intradermal needle).The treatment group was treated with intradermal needle twice a week for 4 weeks,and at the same time,montelukstner chewable tablets were taken once a day for 4 weeks.The control group I was treated with sham intradermal needle combined with medicine,the specific method and medicine were the same as the treatment group;The control group II was treated by intradermal needle,the specific method was the same as the treatment group.Before and after treatment and during follow-up,the scores of vas and prqlq were observed and recorded.Before and after treatment,the quantitative scores of symptoms and signs were observed and recorded.Finally,the data were analyzed to draw conclusions.Result: 1.The results of VAS showed that: Intra group comparison: Before and after treatment,before treatment and during follow-up,the scores were statistically significant(P < 0.05);Comparison between groups: after treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the score of nasal obstruction(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group I;During the followup,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of general symptoms,nasal congestion,clear water and runny nose(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group I.2.The results of Pediatric Rhino-conjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(PRQLQ)showed that: Intra group comparison: Before and after treatment,before treatment and during follow-up,the differences of scores were statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison among groups: after treatment,the difference of Nasal symptoms among groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group I;Comparison among groups during followup: The scores of nasal symptoms and behavioral problems were statistically different(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group I.3.The results of symptom and sign scores show that:Intra group comparison: The difference between the three groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison among groups: after treatment,there was no statistical significance between the three groups(P > 0.05).4.During the treatment of this study,there were no serious adverse reactions in each group.Conclusion: 1.Intradermal Needle combined with Montelukast sodium and Intradermal Needle can significantly improve the symptoms of children with persistent allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency cold type,effectively improve the quality of life of children,and have better safety.2.The combination of Intradermal Needle and Montelukast sodium can effectively improve the nasal symptoms of children with persistent allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type,especially the symptoms of nasal obstruction and runny nose,and the curative effect is better than that of sham Intradermal Needle and Montelukast sodium.3.The long-term curative effect of Intradermal Needle combined with Montelukast sodium is better than that of sham Intradermal Needle and Montelukast sodium.
