Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Children With Allergic Rhinitis (Syndrome Of Pulmonary Meridian Fever) By Xuanfei Tongqiao Recipe

Objective: To observe the scores of symptoms and signs,this study was design to evaluate the clinical effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction,one of traditional Chinese formula,combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray for the treatment of children's allergic rhinitis,which diagnosed as heat obstruct lung meridian.And my tutor's experience in treating children's allergic rhinitis were summarized in this study,thus to provide advice for clinical therapy.Methods: According to randomized,controlled trial principles,80 patients,who visit affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019,met diagnostic criteria were included in this study.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The patients in the treatment group were treated by Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction,one of traditional Chinese formula,combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray,the cases in the control group were tread by montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray.7 days make up a course of treatment,in total 2 courses.1 week and 2 weeks before the treatment,the symptoms and signs of the children were recorded in detail following 1 month after the treatment.The data of the observation results were processed by SPSS 25.0,then to compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment based on the data analysis.Results:A total of 85 children with allergic rhinitis and pulmonary meridian syndrome were included in this study.During the period,2 patients in the treatment group fell off,all of them fell off because the children could not adhere to oral Chinese medicine;3 patients in the control group fell off,one of them was due to parents She self-administered other drugs related to the disease and fell off.Two cases fell off because parents did not cooperate with the initiative to request withdrawal.The number of shedding cases was less than 10% of the total number of cases,which was statistically significant.In the end,a total of 80 patients met the study protocol to complete the treatment,and the treatment group had 40 cases each in the control group.1.Comparison of general data: Before and after treatment,the two groups of children were tested by gender and age level,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.Comparison of total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%.After the rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of symptoms and signs(1)Comparison of main symptom scores: After Mann-Whitney U rank sum test,after the course of treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(2)Comparison of minor symptom scores: after rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.After 1 week of treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;after 2 weeks of treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Comparison of recurrence rate: follow-up 3 months after the end of the treatment course,the relapse rate of the treatment group was 65%.The relapse rate in the control group was82.5%.After rank sum test,P<0.05,the recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically different.Conclusion: Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray is superior to montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in improving the overall efficacy of children with allergic rhinitis(pulmonary meridian syndrome).Feitongqiao decoction combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray is better than montelukast sodium chewable tablet combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray,montelukast sodium chewable tablet combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in Relief of nasal congestion,nasal signs and other main aspects are fast-acting;Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray is better than montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in relieving secondary symptoms,Especially relieve cough,dry mouth and anxiety embolism;Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis(pulmonary meridian fever syndrome)has long-term curative effect,low recurrence rate,safe and reliable,it is worth Clinical reference.
