Clinical Observation Of Loquat Wuhua Decoction Combined With Pricking Bloodletting For Treatment Of Rosacea

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of loquat Wuhua Decoction combined with bloodletting and bleeding on the treatment of rosacea,lung,stomach and heat syndromeMethods:120 cases of rosacea were collected from the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of treatment(treatment group 1,treatment group 2,control group),40 cases in each group A total of 9 patients were shed during the observation period(two in the treatment group,four in the treatment group,and three in the control group)The first treatment group was given loquat Wuhua Decoction combined with Sanxie bloodletting treatment,the second treatment group was given Dermatology Xuedu tablet combined with Sanxie bloodletting treatment,and the control group was given Dermatology Xuedu tablet treatment for 28 days The changes of skin lesion score,subjective symptom score,and anxiety symptom score on the 0,14,28 days of each group were observed and recorded.The data collected from each group were analyzed statistically to determine the clinical efficacy of loquat Wuhua Tang combined with Sanxue Bleeding for the treatment of rosacea,lung,stomach and heat syndromeresult:1.Comparison of total effective rate:after 28 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the first treatment group was 86.84%,the total effective rate of the second treatment group was 66.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 51.36%.In the control group(P<0.05),and the effect of the first treatment group was better than that of the second treatment group(P<0.05)2.Comparison of subjective symptom scores:After 28 days of treatment,the subjective symptom scores of the three groups of patients all improved significantly.The improvement of subjective symptom scores of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and improvement of treatment group 1 was better than treatment group 2(P<0.05)3.Comparison of skin lesion scores:After 28 days of treatment,the skin lesion scores of the three groups all improved significantly.The improvement of skin lesion scores of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and improvement of treatment group 1 was better than treatment group 2(P<0.05)4.Comparison of anxiety symptom scores:After 28 days of treatment,the anxiety symptom scores of the three groups of patients all improved significantly.The improvement of the anxiety symptom scores of the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group 1 was better than that of the treatment group 2(P<0.05)in conclusion:1.Loquat Wuhua Decoction combined with Sanxue and Bleeding for the treatment of rosacea with lung and stomach heat Shengzhen can effectively improve the skin lesion score,symptom score and anxiety symptom score2.Loquat Wuhua Decoction combined with puncture and bloodletting is a safe and effective method for the treatment of rosacea in lung and stomach heat Sheng syndrome.
