The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Auricular Bleeding Combined With Xiaofengguyan Decoction On Rosacea Of Lung Meridian Wind Heat Type

Objective:To observe the improvement of the main symptoms and signs of rosacea patients with lung meridian wind heat type by ear tip bleeding combined with Xiaofengguyan decoction,and objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the program,so as to explore a new Chinese medicine treatment method for rosacea.Methods:To explore the clinical effect of auricular bleeding combined with Xiaofengguyan Decoction in the treatment of rosacea of lung meridian wind heat type,72 rosacea patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with auricular bleeding combined with Xiaofengguyan decoction,and the control group was only treated with Xiaofengguyan Decoction for 6 weeks.The scores of erythema,telangiectasia,dryness,scorching,pruritus,papule and pustule in the two groups were observed before and at the end of the 2nd,4th and 6th weeks after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded,and the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment was evaluated.Spss25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.The cured patients were followed up one month after the treatment,and the recurrence was observed.Results: 1)The total effective rate was 72.7% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.06% in the treatment group and 3.13% in the control group;2)There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,which indicated that the two groups had the same effect in the treatment of symptoms and signs.3)During the treatment of the two groups,the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were compared before and after treatment for 2,4 and 6 weeks:(1)in terms of improving burning symptoms,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant after treatment for 2 weeks and before treatment,P < 0.05;(2)in terms of improving dry and pruritus symptoms,the treatment group and the control group were compared after treatment for 4 weeks and before treatment,P < 0.05 The difference was statistically significant;(3)in improving erythema,telangiectasia,papule and pustule,the difference began to appear in the treatment group after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 4 weeks and before treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;while in the control group,in improving the above three aspects of symptoms and signs,the difference was statistically significant after 4 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and before treatment,respectively The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4)After the treatment,the patients were followed up.The recurrence rate was 33.3% in the treatment group and 33.3% in the control group the rate was 50%,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups,but the results were not statistically significant due to the small sample content and fewer cured people.Conclusion: Auricular bleeding combined with Xiaofengguyan decoction is effective in the treatment of rosacea of lung meridian wind heat type,especially in the improvement of erythema,telangiectasia,papule and pustule.There is no serious adverse reaction in the treatment of the two groups.This method is safe,effective,simple and worthy of further study.
