Clinical Observation Of Self-made "Qinghao Touxie Decoction" Based On The Theory Of "Fuxie" In The Treatment Of Rosacea (Lung-stomach Heat Excess Syndrome)

Objective:By comparing Qinghao Touxie Decoction with Loquat Qingfei Decoction,the improvement of flushing,erythema,capillary dilatation,papules,pustules,dryness and burning in patients with rosacea(hyperthermia of lung and stomach)was observed,so as to achieve the following objectives:(1)To improve the clinical efficacy of rosacea and reduce the recurrence of diseases;(2)To provide a therapeutic scheme of "nourishing Yin and removing pathogens" for the treatment of rosacea by traditional Chinese medicine;Methods:Through a single blind randomized controlled trial,70 rosacea subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The treatment group was given Qinghao Touxie Decoction orally and the control group was given Loquat Qingfei Decoction orally for 6 weeks.After treatment,the patients were followed up for 4 weeks.The clinical score and treatment index were calculated before treatment and at the 2nd,4th,6th and 10 th weekend after treatment,and the adverse reactions were counted.SPSS23.0 analysis data were used to compare the therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results: 1.After 6 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,and that of the control group was 71.88%(P < 0.05).The difference of curative effect was statistically significant,the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.2.In terms of total scores,the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before treatment in the sixth and tenth weeks after treatment(P < 0.05), with statistical significance,indicating that both the treatment group and the control group had good clinical efficacy.Compared with the control group,10 weeks after treatment,the treatment group had significant difference(P < 0.05).The treatment group had better effect than the control group.3.In each index score:(1)Flushing,burning,drying,personal evaluation and other aspects,the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference between the flushing group appeared in the fourth week,burning appeared in the tenth week.In erythema,papule telangiectasia,swelling,eye symptoms,physician evaluation,the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)The two groups in the flushing,papules,burning,personal evaluation,physician evaluation before and after their own comparison(P < 0.05),with statistical significance,the two groups are effective.There was no significant difference in erythema,swelling and eye symptoms between the two groups(P > 0.05).Both groups were ineffective.In terms of capillary dilatation and drying,the treatment group was effective while the control group was ineffective.Conclusion: 1.Qinghao Touxie Decoction is effective in treating rosacea,especially in flushing,drying,burning and personal evaluation.Meanwhile,the long-term prognosis of Qinghao Touxie Decoction is better than that of Loquat Qingfei Decoction to a certain extent.2.Qinghao Touxie Decoction may cause nausea,discomfort,diarrhea,delayed menstruation and other adverse reactions in clinic.These adverse reactions disappear after withdrawal.3.Based on the concept of fuxie,from the side,"Yin deficiency and evil fuxie" is one of the pathogenesis of this disease.
