The Clinical Research Of Jia Wei Zhi Zhu Wan In Treating Rosacea (The Syndrome Of Heat In The Lung And Stomach)

Background and Objective:Dating back the theory of Li Dongyuan's classic prescription-Zhi Zhu Wan in differentiation between internal damage and external injury·attention on drugs use for internal damage,with the combination of advisor's experience,this study observes and concludes the clinical effect and safety of taking Jia Wei Zhi Zhu Wan in treating rosacea with the syndrome of heat in lung and stomach after treat the patient with improved formula.Besides,this study discusses the correlation that patients who have rosacea with syndrome of heat in lung and stomach and current Hp infection.Methods:1.Clinical observation:this study adopts 74 rosacea patients with syndrome of heat in lung and stomach who meet the inclusion criteria,and then these samples are divided into control group?n=37?and study group?n=37?based on stochastic division.?1?take minocycline hydrochloride and rub clindamycin phosphate gel for control group;?2?for study group,Jia Wei Zhi Zhu Wan is taken on the basis of control group?Fructus Aurantii 10g,Atractylodes 20g,white mulberry root-bark 15g,cortex lycil 10g,moutan bark 10g,semen coicis 30g,spreading hedyotis herb 30 g?.Clinical effect is observed on 0 week,4th week and 6th week to note down the erythma,angiotelectasis,dryness,scorching hot,pruritus,papulopustule and untoward reaction on skin lesions of two groups and take macrophotograph to assess effect as well.Also,software SPSS22.0 is applied to conduct effect statistic analysis.2.Attached methods of correlation discussion:adopt all above patients who have been taken for clinical study as observation group.At 0 week,conduct ¹⁴C breath test and record the result?completed 72 effective cases in total?;randomly choose 72cases from normal health-check people in medical center of our hospital as blank contrast group and then take out their ¹⁴C breath test results.Analyze ¹⁴C breath test result of two groups through statistical approach to discuss the correlation that the patients who have rosacea with syndrome of heat in lung and stomach and current Hp infection.Result:1.Clinical observation:after the treatment,there are 68 cases with complete data?2cases dropout in study group;4 cases dropout in control group?and no untoward reaction occurred.Through statistic analysis,two groups are comparable as no big statistical difference?p>0.05?in all aspects of evaluation comparison observed including gender,age,course of the disease,lupus,blood capillary dilate,drying,burning,itching,papules and pustules,and symptoms total score.After 6 weeks treatment,effective rate in 35 cases from study group is 91.4%,and 66.7%in 33 cases from control group;therefore statistical difference of efficiency exists between these two groups?p<0.05?.In terms of improvement of lupus,angiotelectasis,and itching,study group obviously excels control group?p<0.05?,therefore,the difference is statistically meaningful.Evaluation comparison of blood capillary dilate,burning and papules from two groups of patients doesn't exist statistical difference?p>0.05?and shows that the therapeutic efficiency is equivalent between control group and study group in the above three items.For study group,the difference on total evaluation and lupus,blood capillary dilate,drying,burning,itching,papules and pustules at different timings before and after treatment exists significant statistical meaning?p<0.01?.And it shows that there are significant improvement on lupus,blood capillary dilate,drying,burning,itching,papules and pustules at different timings compared with the condition before treatment in study group.For control group,the difference on total evaluation and lupus,blood capillary dilate,drying,burning,itching,papules and pustules at different timings before and after treatment exists significant statistical meaning?p<0.01?.And it shows that there are significant improvement on lupus,blood capillary dilate,drying,burning,itching,papules and pustules at different timings compared with the condition before treatment in control group.2.Attached methods of correlation discussion:the difference of Hp positive rate between observation group and blank contrast group exists statistical meaning?p<0.05?.And Hp positive rate in observation group is higher.Conclusion:1.Taking Jia Wei Zhi Zhu Wan for treating rosacea with syndrome of heat in lung and stomach is workable,practical,safe and effective without visible untoward reaction.2.Taking Jia Wei Zhi Zhu Wan for treating rosacea with syndrome of heat in lung and stomach has significant effect and effectively improves the clinical syndrome of lupus,drying and itching,which is valuable of clinical popularization and application.3.There is correlation between rosacea with syndrome of heat in lung and stomach and current Hp infection.Due to the limit of this study,further research with a large amount of samples and longer observation period is also expected.
