Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Rosacea With Loquat Yuyan Decoction And Collateral Puncture And Cupping

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Pipa Yuyan decoction combined with pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of rosacea with lung stomach heat excess syndrome.Methods:108 patients with rosacea who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group.36 cases in each group,3 cases were shed during the observation process(2 case in the treatment group 2 and 1 cases in the control group).The first treatment group was given Pipa Yuyan decoction combined with pricking and cupping therapy,the second treatment group was treated with Pipa Yuyan decoction,and the control group was treated with doxycycline hydrochloride enteric coated capsule.The skin lesion score,subjective symptom score and quality of life sc ore(DLQI)were recorded before treatment,at the end of the second week and the end of the fourth week.At the same time,the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Statistical software was used to analyze the skin lesion score and subjective symptom score to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of skin lesion scores:After 4 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion scores of the three groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,three treatments could effectively improve the skin lesions(P<0.05);the treatment effect of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).2.Comparison of subjective symptom scores:After 4 weeks of treatment,the subjective symptom scores of the three groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,three treatment methods can effectively reduce the subjective symptoms(P<0.05);the improvement of subjective symptoms in treatment groupl and treatment group 2 was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of subjective symptoms in treatment group 1 was better than that in treatment group 2(P<0.05).3.Comparison of DLQI scores:After 4 weeks of treatment,the DLQI scores of the three groups were significantly improved,three treatments can effectively reduce the DLQI score(P<0.05);The improvement of DLQI score in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that in control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of DLQI score in treatment group 1 was better than that in treatment group 2(P<0.05).4.Comparison of effective rate:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 88.89%,the total effective rate of treatment group 2 was 79.41%,and the total effective rate of control group was 54.29%.the curative effects of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group 1 was higher than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).5.Safety and adverse reactions:Two patients in the treatment group lhad mild needle syncope,which improved after rest.In the control group,one patients had mild nausea,which improved after changing the medication time,without affecting the treatment.No abnormality was found in ECG,hematuria routinee,liver function and kidney function in the three groups during the treatment.Conclusions:1.Pipa Yuyan decoction combined with pricking and cupping can effectively improve the skin lesion score,subjective symptom score and DLQI score of rosacea patients with lung stomach heat excess syndrome.2.Pipa Yuyan decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of rosacea with lung stomach heat excess syndrome.Pricking and cupping therapy can be used as an adjuvant treatment for rosacea with lung stomach heat excess syndrome.3.Pipa Yuyan decoction combined with pricking and cupping is a safe and effective method for the treatment of rosacea with lung stomach heat excess syndrome.
