Clinical Observation Of Liangxue Qingfei Decoction In Treating Rosacea Syndrome Of Excess Of Lung And Stomach Heat

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical effect of Liangxue Qingfei Decoction in treating rosacea with lung and stomach heat excess syndrome,this subject further explores the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating rosacea with the method of " clearing lung and stomach heat accumulation",and confirms its effectiveness and safety.The nature of the study is clinical observation.Methods: This experimental study was conducted among outpatients from December2017 to November 2018 in the dermatology department of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients with rosacea,lung and stomach heat syndrome that met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group,with a total of 64 cases.The treatment group was given self-made Liangxue Qingfei Decoction and used traditional Chinese medicine granules.The medicinal composition comprises cortex mori,folium eriobotryae,radix paeoniae rubra,scutellariae radix,Herba hedyotidis diffusae,glycyrrhrizae radix,Flos lonicerae,radix rehmanniae,cortex moutan,radix scrophulariae,pericarpium citri tangerinae,Rhizoma anemarrhenae,and lalang grass rhizome,one bag at a time,twice a day,and administered with warm water.The control group was given qinlian capsule(scutellaria baicalensis,forsythia suspensa,coptis chinensis,phellodendron amurense,radix paeoniae rubra and liquorice).3 capsules once,2times a day,orally.The two groups were treated for 6 courses of treatment,10 days being one course of treatment.Clinical experimental research was carried out.Through observation of the patient's symptom record results,statistical analysis was carried out,corresponding conclusions were drawn,and objective evaluation was made.Results: According to the statistical analysis of the efficacy and safety of Liangxue Qingfei Decoction in treating rosacea,lung and stomach heat syndrome,8 cases(25.00%)were cured,16 cases(50.00%)were markedly effective,4 cases(12.50%)were effective,4cases(12.50%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.50%.In the control group,3 cases were cured(9.38%),11 cases were markedly effective(34.38%),10 cases were effective(32.00%),8 cases were ineffective(25.00%),and the total effective rate was 75.00%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.After statistical analysis,p < 0.05,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the overall symptoms of the disease.Conclusion: Clinical research shows that Liangxue Qingfei Decoction has definite curative effect in treating rosacea with lung and stomach heat excess syndrome,has positive effect on the treatment of rosacea,has no obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
