As the backbone of medical services,doctors play an irreplaceable role.However,there are many factors that contribute to job burnout,decreased job satisfaction,work-family conflict,and health problems among doctors today,which cannot be ignored.These factors not only hinder the professional development of doctors themselves,but also affect the quality of doctors’ work.How to identify the factors affecting the job burnout of doctors and formulate appropriate intervention programs to be implemented accurately has become an important measure to promote the work quality of doctors and reduce the turnover intention.This paper is divided into five parts.First,through the job burnout and related theoretical research to consult information and analysis,for the discussion of the doctor industry job burnout problem to lay a theoretical foundation;Second,identify research objects.In view of the long working hours,high working intensity and generally high degree of job burnout in the current medical profession,this study will investigate the job burnout of doctors in S public hospitals and its influencing factors,and conduct an overall analysis and research in combination with the comprehensive job burnout inventory.Thirdly,a questionnaire survey on job burnout among doctors was carried out,and the questionnaire on satisfaction was made into a scale.SPSS statistical analysis was performed from two aspects of reliability and validity,and factor analysis and regression analysis were conducted.This investigation has high reliability and validity.The results show that the main factors that lead to the job burnout of doctors are "emotional exhaustion","impersonal" and "low personal achievement".Specific performance can be divided into two aspects: individuals and organizations.The reasons include not only the role pressure caused by the work environment and the weak self-adjustment ability of individuals,but also the imperfect business training and higher skill requirements of organizations.Fourth,put forward effective measures to reduce doctors’ job burnout,optimize doctors’ work system,enhance social support and psychological comfort,improve hospital doctors’ work content,and build a cognitive behavior training system.Fifth,conclusions and Suggestions.The significance of this study is to through to the S public hospital doctor job burnout influence factors of the investigation and study,help the similar hospital managers all-round deep understanding of the team doctor job burnout situation,targeted formulate management measures to improve the competence,doctors work for hospital management put forward rational Suggestions,has a certain practical value.
