The medical science is amazing advance fast in recent years, It's make human life span prolonged, a lot of disease that can't cure before, can conquer now, reducing the sufferer's pain and sufferings are the achievement of doctors in medical treatment front line. because of the domestic reforms and opening in recent years with the economy transform, people meet with the more and more work pressure, and job-burnout become people daily pursuit problem that cant get around, the medical personnel deal with patient everyday, to save life and to help injured people do their best technical ability, this request them having superb technical ability and should still having goodly handling social interaction, so the pressure of the medical personnel is bigger, the work burden of the medical personnel is heavy, they feels job-burnout easily, job-burnout can make the most warm-hearted medical personnel feel exhausted because of pressure, Burnout makes he( she) lose intense emotion of taking good care of the patient. Even treating the sufferer with the apathetic way; it is an important theoretic and realistic meaning for guarantee medical treatment service quantity to understanding the burnout degree of the medical personnel.In the case, my research analyses the doctor's burnout degree in the three hospitals in Chengdu by the questionnaire with the statistics: per cent, single factor variables analysis and sex( male, woman) x department ( clinical, not clinical) ANOVA method.
