The doctor-patient relationship is one of the human social relations. The doctor-patient relationship in China's overall situation is tight. There have been news reports doctor-patient dispute, all kinds of medical alarm events, intensified the social contradictions.Health administrators and hospital managers, doctors, patients with much attention. In this paper a hospital as an example in Harbin, The internal causes of the doctor-patient relationship nervous, and put forward the governance plan, In order to provide the beneficial reference for China to improve doctor-patient relationship, has great practical significance.This article first to a hospital in Harbin medical disputes were investigated, using the detailed data comprehensively describing the current situation of the hospital medical disputes. On the basis of combining with related theory, this article analyzes the main cause of medical disputes. The first kind can be attributed to medical institutions, medical technology level backward, insufficient doctor-patient communication, medical service, medical ethics; The second category can be attributed with square, patients expect too much, patients' rights consciousness and medical knowledge does not match, and so on, The third kind is the social environment and the role of government has brought many problems the drawbacks such as the national health systems, the state health investment insufficiency, the law is not sound, social media misleading, medical treatment cost. Aiming at the causes of medical disputes, in combination with system of public management, the economics and other related theory, F inally, the paper puts forward the concrete measures to improve the doctor-patient relationship of a hospital in Harbin. First of all, hospitals need to carry on the omni-directional self-improvement from technology to system, reduce errors in the medical, strict management of medical quality. Change medical personnel professional ideas, improve quality; cultivation of perfect supervision system, strengthen medical ethics standard and consciousness; gradually improve doctor-patient communication system, remove the unfair information, humanistic care and active treatment for common development. Second, should be through the system construction, with positive publicity measures, make the patient to understand and respect the doctor's work achievement, understand some of the basic medical knowledge with rational eyes to look at the condition of illness, the right choice medical disputes solution. In the end, The government should clearly define the role of medical disputes, by an active part in health cost investment, and strive to push the hospital development, optimizes the allocation of hospital resources, adjust the contradiction between supply and demand of health, increased handling disputes of the third party system, regulate the behavior of media comment.
