Along with the increasingly fierce social competition, occupation groups have reached a hitherto unknown strength between work stress and job burnout,but currently the research in this field work stress and job burnout of empirical occupation group also has some limitations. In this paper, combined with the hot social issues in the implementation of new medical reform, doctors hospital for infectious diseases as study group, select the doctor TB Control Institute of Shaanxi Province as a sample, using empirical research methods, to explore the infectious doctor job pressure and job burnout hospital status, correlation and working pressure influence on job burnout, to enrich the research in this field range.Research shows, the work object, the organization mechanism is the main source of working pressure the doctor infectious diseases hospital, followed by individual and family, social support, finally is the occupation development and work load. Different basic information of significant differences exist in the working pressure and the degree of pressure source. Emotional exhaustion is the main factor doctor of job burnout, second is the depersonalization. There was a significant positive correlation between job stress and job burnout.Based on the survey data analysis at the same time, from the three aspects of individual, organization, society puts forward targeted interventions, to provide practical implications to respond effectively and alleviate the pressure of work and work physician burnout, which provides theoretical basis and support for the effective implementation of promoting long-term development of the medical institutions and the new medical reform program.
