As the backbone of health care,doctors play an important role in the development and maintenance of human life.As a frontline staff member of the hospital,its occupation is characterized by high risk,high load,high demand,high tension,etc.,which makes our doctor become a high incidence group of occupational exhaustion.In recent years,it has been found that some of the dimensions of job satisfaction,job burnout,and retention of doctors in public hospitals in our country are the important factors that lead to the doctor's resignation.In particular,the loss of doctors in tertiary hospitals will not only lead to a decline in the competitiveness of their hospitals,but also have a negative impact on the development of regional health services.Paper to F hospital doctors in Beijing as the research object,123 a clinical doctor to the hospital for the fill in the questionnaire method,and through the literature reading method,statistical analysis and other research methods,research at home and abroad about the doctor job satisfaction,job burnout,retention intend to related literature,absorption and development of related research results,combined with their own work,to build the system of the research of this paper.By doctor to the hospital to fill in the questionnaire doctors satisfaction,job burnout,describe retention intend,analysis the doctor job satisfaction,job burnout,the retention intend to situation,and analyzes its main influencing factors;Aiming at the main problems and the degree of influence,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,so as to improve the job satisfaction level of doctors and prevent the occurrence of occupational burnout of doctors.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)the doctors in Beijing F hospital have higher job satisfaction,better job burnout,better retention,and more room for improvement in hospital management.(2)in each dimension of job satisfaction,the proportion of doctors' working nature and practice environment is higher than that of"satisfaction";The internal environment and organizational management were rated as"unsatisfactory".(3)gender,age,professional title,cultural degree,department,employment form,and monthly average income factors have different influences on the different dimensions of doctors' occupational burnout.(4)different departments retention will obviously to the doctor,average monthly income of doctors retention will also have a certain influence,but the gender,age,title,education,employment forms on the doctor's work will effect is not obvious.
