As an important part of the domestic medical service system,the hospital is an institution that provides medical treatment services for patients.As a provider of medical services,doctors directly contact patients at work,and their work performance and work attitudes at work will have a great impact on patient satisfaction.If the doctor's medical quality is reduced due to his own burnout perception,it is not only related to the patient's satisfaction with the hospital but also the patient's physical health.Therefore,research on doctors' job burnout has important practical significance.This paper takes the doctors of Suzhou F Hospital as the research object,and designs the questionnaire of the doctors' burnout in F hospital on the basis of summarizing the existing literature theories about burnout research.The results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed using Excel software and SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software.From the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,and low personal accomplishment,the current situation of doctors' burnout in F hospitals was studied.And from the individual,work,organization three levels to analyze the causes of doctors' burnout in F hospitals.Excessive individual expectations,unclear occupational awareness,and lack of self-decompression are important factors at the individual level;the factors that lead to fatigue in F hospital doctors at work level are mainly excessive workload and excessive occupational stress;Reasonable,interpersonal disharmony and lack of hospital organizational support lead to doctors'burnout at the organizational level.Finally,the targeted intervention measures are proposed from three levels:individual,work and organization,in order to effectively alleviate the doctors' burnout in F hospitals,improve the enthusiasm of doctors' daily work,and improve patients' satisfaction with doctors and hospitals.
