| Objective:This paper will theoretically study the etiology,pathogenesis.and medication characteristics of postpartum pain,and observe the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating postpartum pain,and provide effective prescription.Methods:30 patients with postpartum body pain who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.Duhuo Jisheng Decoction was used as the main prescription,one dose per day,and 150ml was taken warm for half an hour after breakfast and dinner.7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of medicine.After each course of treatment,the treatment effect is evaluated,and after 3 courses of treatment,the final effect is evaluated.The effect is observed by comparison before and after treatment.Statistical methods:spss21.0 software was used for analysis.The measurement data were described by "mean ± standard deviation",the measurement data were t-test,and the rank sum test were used to compare the differences before and after treatment.P<0.05 has statistical significance.Results:1.30 patients were included in the clinical study,all of them completed the clinical study,no cases of falling off.2.After treatment,30 patients had significant differences in TCM symptoms before and after treatment.After three weeks of treatment,6 patients were cured,16 patients were effective,8 patients were effective and 2 patients were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93%.3.There were two cases of mild diarrhea in the course of the trial.After adjusting the drug dosage,it improved,and no other adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:1.The therapeutic effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction is satisfactory.2.Duhuo Jisheng decoction is effective in improving the symptoms of exogenous postpartum body pain3.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the treatment of exogenous postpartum pain. |
