Objective To compare the clinical effect of acupotomy therapy combined with duhuo jisheng decoction and simplely acupotomy therapy for treating the low back pain caused by lumbar facet joint.Exploring the safety and effectiveness of acupotomy therapy combined with duhuo jisheng decoction for treating the low back pain caused by lumbar facet joint,to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Method All cases were from 65 patients with the low back pain caused by lumbar facet joint who were hospitalized in department of Orthopaedics,Hubei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2015 to June 2017.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods: Group A(the observation group),33 cases of patients were interfered with acupotomy therapy and duhuo jisheng decoction;Group B(the control group),32 cases of patients were interfered with acupotomy therapy without Chinese medicine decoction. All patients were treated with routine anti-inflammatory therapy after operation. All patients were followed up for one year after treatment. The VAS and ODI scores were evaluated before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment during the follow-up period. The data were basically complete.Using the SPSS 19.0 statistical software to analysis the date recorded before and after treatment.T test was used for measurement data,χ2 test was used for counting data and rank test was used for rank data.Contrasted the VAS scores and ODI scores of each group between different time before and after the treatment,Contrasted the VAS scores and ODI scores between the two groups at different times before and after the treatment.contrasted the curative effect and the recurrence rate of each group after 6 months.P<0.05,there were significant difference.P>0.05,there were no statistical differences. Results: The gender, age, course of disease,VAS scores and ODI scores before treatment of each group were compared,P>0.05,There was no statistical difference.1.Contrasted the observation targets of each group before and after the treatment.(1)Comparing the VAS score,ODI scores before and after treatment in each time between the 2 groups, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The VAS score and ODI scores was lower than before.(2)Group A:To compare and analyze the observation targets between 2 weeks after the treatment and 1 month after the treatment,P<0.05;Between 1 month and 3 months after the treatment,P<0.05;(3)Group B: To compare and analyze the observation targets between 2 weeks and 1 month after the treatment,P<0.05;Between 1 month and 3 months after the treatment,P<0.05;2.Comparison of observation targets between the 2 groups:(1)To compare and analyze the VAS scores and ODI scores at each time point after the treatment between the two groups,P < 0.05;3.contrasted the curative effect of the two groups after 6 months:(1)Compared and analyzed the curative effect of the 2 groups 6 months after operation, the results showed that there was significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).4.contrasted the recurrence rate of the 2 groups 6 months or more than 9 months after the treatment:(1)Compared the recurrence rate of the 2 groups after 6 months(P>0.05);more then 9 months(P<0.05)Conclusion: 1.There is a better clinical curative effect of acupotomy therapy for low back pain caused by lumbar facet joint. It has the advantages of simple operation, minimally invasive, short rehabilitation time, lower cost, little side effects, safety and effectiveness, etc. It is worth popularizing in clinic.2.Compared with the only acupotomy therapy group, the recurrence rate of low back pain was reduced and the quality of life was improved.
