| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Sanfu paste combined with Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on exogenous type of blood deficiency postpartum body pain,this paper explores the mechanism of Sanfu paste combined with Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of exogenous type of blood deficiency postpartum body pain,thus sums up the treatment method with Chinese medicine characteristics,and opens up a new way for the treatment of postpartum bodily pain.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with postpartum body pain of blood deficiency exogenous type were selected and randomly divided into four groups,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Sanfu paste and oral Duhuo Jisheng decoction,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was only treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction,while the Sanfu paste group was treated with Sanfu paste only,while the control group was treated with Bazhen Granules,Sanfu paste treatment is strictly implemented in accordance with the 2018 Sanfu Days schedule.Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment for a total of 40 days.Comparing the pain score and curative effect changes of the four groups after treatment,the TCM syndrome score and curative effect changes after treatment,and making statistical analysis.Results:Four treatment schemes were effective in the treatment of postpartum bodily pain.There were significant differences in pain score,pain efficacy,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome efficacy data among the four groups after treatment(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no gastrointestinal discomfort or allergy was found in the four groups.Conclusion:Sanfu paste combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can significantly alleviate postpartum body pain caused by blood deficiency and exogenous symptoms,and improve the symptoms of blood deficiency and exogenous symptoms.From the perspective of "treating pre-disease",it has the characteristics of strengthening the body,el iminating pathogens,treating both internal and external di seases,treating winter diseases in summer,which embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease. |
