| Objective:to observe the clinical effect of jiedu bailing pill(jiedu bailing pill)in the treatment of rosacea(hot poison skin),so as to seek a more safe and effective Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:in the future,60 patients with rosacea(heat poisonskin syndrome)from the dermatology department of the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.One group was the treatment group,which was given Chinese patent medicine jiedu bailing pills orally,taking 1 pill each time,3 times a day.Another group as control group,give tanshinone capsule(hebei xinglong pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,production)and force of oral,take 4 tablets each time,3-4 times,a total of 4 weeks treatment,before treatment,treatment 2 weekends,4 weekend around the clinical signs and subjective symptoms in patients with two groups of clinical observation and statistical analysis,and through the specific grading to evaluate condition and then judge proprietary Chinese medicine "detoxification best make pill"rose acne(hot poison accumulate skin syndrome)clinical curative effect.Results:both the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of rosacea.The subjective symptom scores of the two groups were significantly different,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of the subjective symptoms(P<0.05).From the perspective of total effective rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 82.76%,and that of the control group is 60.71%.The total effective rate of the two groups is significantly different,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:"Jiedu bailing pill" can effectively improve the symptom score of rosacea before and after treatment."Jiedu bailing pill" is an effective medicine for the treatment of rosacea(heat poison skin). |
