Clinical Observation On Jieduqingfei Decotion Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Rosacea

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiedu Qingfei decoction combined with fire needle therapy in the treatment of rosacea(toxic heat accumulate skin type).Methods:All the cases from the February 2016 to March 2017 treated in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine the first affiliated hospital of patients.Select 72 cases included in the standard of rosacea patients with type(toxic heat accumulate skin type)as the research object,the random is divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group(n=36).The treatment group given oral medicine decoction "Jiedu Qingfei decoction" combined with fire needle therapy,The control group with Danshentong Capsules combined with fire needle therapy.A course of 6 weeks,respectively,for the treatment of 2,4,6 weeks to observe the curative effect,as well as the treatment before and after the treatment of the two skin condition,subjective symptoms and adverse reactions to observe and record.Adopt statistical methods to analyze the difference,and then make a comprehensive evaluation,thus determine the effect and safety of treatment group.Result:1.Two weeks after treatment of two groups of patients was detected,symptom scores,scores were lower;4 weeks after treatment,the curative effect in treatment group and control group in comparison with statistical difference,and the treatment group is better than the control group;6 weeks after treatment compared two groups of lesion score and symptom scores have significant difference(P<0.05).2.Result display:treatment group total effective rate was 88.89%,control group total effective rate was 69.44%,the difference in contrast,the significant(P<0.05),shows that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.3.Adverse reaction rate and the recurrence rate in patients with treatment group were lower than the control group,compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiedu Qingfei decoction combined with fire needle therapy can effectively reduce the rosacea(toxic heat accumulate skin type)of skin lesions and symptoms integral,and the curative effect is better than the control group.2.Jiedu Qingfei decoction combined with fire needle therapy is the treatment of rosacea(toxic heat accumulate skin type)is a safe and effective method,and the recurrence rate is low.
