Clinical Observation Of Liangxuejiedu Decoction Combined With Pricking Bloodletting For Treatment Of Rosacea

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with pricking blood in the treatment of rosacea fever and toxin accumulation syndrome.Methods: The collected cases were all 96 rosacea patients from the Dermatology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the selection criteria.They were randomly divided into three groups(treatment 1 group,treatment 2 group,and control group)according to the order of treatment.There were 32 cases in each group.In clinical observation,there were 4 cases of shedding,2 cases in the treatment group 1 and 1 case in each of the treatment group 2 and the control group.The treatment group 1 was given Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with pricking bloodletting treatment;the treatment group 2 was given Liangxue Jiedu Decoction;the control group was given Dermatopathy Xuedu tablets.The treatment period of the three groups of patients was4 weeks.Observe the skin lesion score table and TCM syndrome score table on the 0±2 days,7±2 days,14±2 days,21±2 days,28±2 days of treatment in each group.And score records for the three groups of patients.At the same time,the changes in the skin disease quality of life index score were collected on 0±2 days,14±2 days,and 28±2 days and recorded.Result:1.After the treatment,the total effective rate is compared: the total effective rate of treatment group 1 is 93.33%,the total effective rate of treatment group 2 is 80.65%,and the total effective rate of control group is 70.97%.After statistical processing,the curative effect of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 is better than that of control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group 1 is better than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,the skin lesion scores and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly improved.After comparison between the groups,the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2(P<0.05)and the control group(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the quality of life scores of the three groups of patients were significantly reduced compared with those before the treatment.After comparison between the three groups,the level of decline in the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05),and the degree of decline in the treatment group 1 was much higher than that in the treatment group 2(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Liangxuejiedu decoction combined with pricking blood to treat rosacea with heat toxin accumulation syndrome can effectively improve skin lesion scores,TCM syndrome scores,and quality of life scores.2.Liangxuejiedu decoction combined with pricking bloodletting is a safe and effective method for treating rosacea with heat toxin accumulation syndrome.syndrome.
