Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Rosacea With Yinhuang Qingre Jiedu Pill Combined With Pricking Blood Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yinhuang Qingre Jiedu Pill combined with point prick bloodletting therapy in the treatment of rosacea(excessive heat of lung and stomach type).Methods:The 120 patients with rosacea meeting the standard were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group,with 40 cases in each group.In the course of clinical observation,a total of 8 cases fell off,3 cases each fell off in the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2,and 2 cases in the control group.The treatment group 1was treated with Yinhuang Qingre Jiedu Pill combined with point prick bloodletting therapy;treatment group 2 was given oral administration of skin disease blood poison tablets combined with point prick bloodletting therapy;the control group was given oral administration of skin disease blood poison tablets.The treatment cycles of the three groups were all 4 weeks,and the skin lesions,subjective symptoms and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were recorded in detail.The clinical efficacy and safety of the three treatment regimens were comprehensively judged by the scores of various indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the three groups of patients,combined with statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of total effective rate: The total effective rate of treatment group1 and treatment group2 and control group was 91.89%,81.08%,55.26%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the treatment group1 and the treatment group 2(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the treatment group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).This indicated that the total effective rate of Yinhuang Qingre Jiedu Pill combined with point prick bloodletting therapy was the highest.2.Comparison of skin lesion score and subjective symptom score:In the fourth week of treatment,the scores of skin lesions and subjective symptoms in the three groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the three treatment regimens were effective for the skin lesions and subjective symptoms of rosacea patients.At the end of the fourth week of treatment,the scores of skin lesions and subjective symptoms were significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05);there were significant differences in skin lesion score and subjective symptom score between the treatment group 1 and treatment group2(P<0.05),and significant differences between treatment group 2 and control group in the above two aspects(P<0.05).The results showed that Yinhuang Qingre Jiedu Pill combined with point prick bloodletting therapy had the best effect on improving the skin lesions and subjective symptoms of patients with rosacea.Conclusions:1.Yinhuang Qingre Jiedu Pill combined with point prick bloodletting therapy in the affected area can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with rosacea with excessive heat of lung and stomach type.2.Yinhuang Qingre Jiedu Pill combined with point prick bloodletting therapy is a safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of rosacea with excessive heat of lung and stomach type.
